June Exercise Challenge- Turn up the heat

Can you put me down for 500?? This will be my first challenge, so I want to go easy to start! :) This is a great idea!!
 
Hmmm, this is different, usually I see weight goals. I haven't posted in this section in a while.

Lets see, I walk 2 miles each time I go and I try and go 4 times a week. I've never timed myself before, but I think it takes me about 40-50 minutes to do 2 miles, depending on variables like if Im with someone else, pushing stroller, with dogs. So thats roughly 160 min a week right now. 4 weeks = 640
Sooo....how about a goal of 800 minutes.

Since I had my baby a year ago I have lost almost (.6 to go) 68lbs, I am now on WW and I want to lose 5 lbs by July 1st. This new goal should really help with that!
 
I went 33 minutes on the elliptical so far today. I am going to try to walk another 45 minutes tonight, off to a good start.
 

Ok I totally sucked it up last month, but let's try for 750 this time around.

I exercised 60 minutes today to start June with a BANG! June total is 60/1600

It's been a long week so I think I'll sip a strawberry margarita and watch my favorite silly show 'Most Hauted' ... :hmghost: ... I get a kick out of watching people look for things that go bump in the night.
 
I'd like to try for 750 this month, and did 45 today.

I took a rest day yesterday (I hate starting the month that way), but today ran (8.5 miles) and swam for a total of 150 minutes. 150/1600
 
Yesterday was a planned rest day. Today I walked 5 miles in 90 min. I am currently at 90/1500.
