Hmmm, this is different, usually I see weight goals. I haven't posted in this section in a while.
Lets see, I walk 2 miles each time I go and I try and go 4 times a week. I've never timed myself before, but I think it takes me about 40-50 minutes to do 2 miles, depending on variables like if Im with someone else, pushing stroller, with dogs. So thats roughly 160 min a week right now. 4 weeks = 640
Sooo....how about a goal of 800 minutes.
Since I had my baby a year ago I have lost almost (.6 to go) 68lbs, I am now on WW and I want to lose 5 lbs by July 1st. This new goal should really help with that!
