Vern, thanks again for running this challenge and keeping me motivated. I haven't lost this month, but my clothes fit so much better thanks to the exercise.
 
I appreciate all the kudos on running the challenge-I like doing it as it also keeps me motivated. How would it look if I ran the challenge and was a total slacker on the exercise?

I ran with the inlaws today-for the first time I ran 3 miles in under 30 minutes!!!:cool1: :banana: Granted, it was 29:30 but still and all, not bad for the short chubby girl!! Then I had to walk the 3 miles back, so I spent a lot fo time moving today. Now I am off to clean house as it is a stormy day here today, so no outside work for me. Keep up the great work friends, it pays off in many ways.
 
My new total is 780/1200. I had foot surgery on Thursday, so skipped Thursday and Friday. I had both 5th toenails removed. They had previously been removed and grew back, so, actually, the last phalanx of my toes were removed. I feel much better today than yesterday--doesn't really hurt unless I actually bump my toes. So, in terms of activity, I am pretty much back to normal.

Hope to get back on schedule really soon. I may not make my June goal, but will give it a good shot.

1505/1600 so far....I have a second workout scheduled for later today.
 
1670/1500. I think that I underestimated for the month, either that or sparkpeople is off some...
 
45 minutes each Sunday, Monday and today brings my total to 475/900.
