
The swelling needs to come down and I can't take any very heavy duty anti-inflamatories because of my stomach. I am icing it as often as I can. He wants me to get a pail, fill with cold water, drop a tray of ice in it and keep my foot in it for 10 minutes
I do have to walk a little bit each day since we just got a puppy and we like to walk her so that she gets tired. just getting started!You're the best for keeping us all on track! This minutes commitment really helps me! So, I'll do 1200 again (hopefully, I'll do even more this month!)
