June Exercise Challenge - DO NOT be 'Bustin' out all over'

966/1400 I guess I'm going to fall short this month. I hurt my foot and haven't been able to exercise for the past 4 days. Hopefully going to get some more time in tomorrow though!

Just updated! Can't believe this is the last day of JUNE!!!

I won't be posting July, but will return Aug 2 and if no one has posted Aug, I will then, so keep track!! I may get a chance to post Aug on 7/25 or 26 before our cruise, so be on the look out.
 
Trying to get caught up, since I haven't posted in a while.

6/25 45 minutes of BL Cardiomax and WATP Powermile

6/26 30 minutes of various stuff

6/27 no exercise

6/28 no exercise

6/29 30 minutes of Powerstep, 6 min of Wii boxing, 20 min of WATP 1 mile, 45 minutes of WATP Fit cuff and 1.5 mi walk.

6/30 60 minutes on TM (alternating 5 min walk/5 min run), 20 minutes of upper body free weights.

That all brings me to

1080/1450. Oh well. I didn't end the month where I wanted. The continuous rain definitely played a part. I had been walking about 30-40 minutes a day while on break at work and I couldn't do that in the pouring rain. Plus I had some CRAZY days near the end of the month with social stuff going on and I had to dedicate my time to that stuff (even getting up at my regular workout time to get party stuff ready!). I didn't think I'd end the month quite so far behind, but live and learn. Glad to see so many of you are doing well this month. Thanks again to goldcupmom for your continued hosting of these challenges. You deserve a month off! Anyone hosting next month??....................P

I realize that the challenge ended yesterday, but I have been away. I ended up going over my minutes that I wanted to achieve, so I'm thrilled!!!!!!

Late posting as usual. Sorry, but at the rate I've been going, I really need to stay accountable!

I finished June at 1530/1800. Sure not my best effort! I need to get myself back on track for July. Gguess I'd better get over to the July thread & get signed up!
