can someone tell me what
DD5
and DW3
and etc mean? i think its ages of people? im not sure i keeep seeing it lol
its prolly a stupid question but its confusing me :]:cutie:

Not a stupid question. DW is Disney or Dear Wife, DH..disney husband, DD..disney daughter, DS Disney son, and so on. So if someone says DW3, then by law they should be arrested :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Anyway, got it? :thumbsup2

Hmm...that I'm not sure. If you booked with a TA, then it might be worth giving them a call. I don't really know how DCL figures that. Sorry! :) Does anyone else know an answer?

Ok cruise pros...I have a conundrum/in a conumdrum(sp?)/oh, you know what I mean...Went online to Disneycruise and checked Palo. Which is what I do on a daily basis since there's NEVER an opening, and I just like to check. But there was an opening for July 3rd (PV, Pirate Night) at 6:30. Now, my question is this...am I going to be completely BUMMED OUT that I've missed Pirate night dinner in the dining room, or happy that I've had dinner at PALO and going to have an absolute BLAST at the deck party?? :confused3 I reserved it regardless, and can always cancel. Just not sure if the whole dressing up for pirate dinner and the actual dinner is going to be a 'don't miss' event. Someone HELP!! :flower3:

I would do Palo's. Then go to the Pirate party. The dinner that night is no big deal. The party on the deck is really fun.

That's what I was hoping for :) Depending on our dinner time in the dining room, we could always sit and eat with the kids, then send them to the club so we could do Palo. But I know we'll be done in plenty of time for the deck party. The ressie is at 6:30 (I don't remember if I mentioned that) ;) I also figured I'd just keep that ressie and when we board the ship, I'd go check if maybe there's another time we can choose.

M-I-C.....I am so for happy for you for getting into Palo's.....WAY TO GO!!!!:cool1:

WARNING!!!!!!I am going to try to knock off about 5 pounds in the few weeks. If I seem a little cranky....please excuse. I am following the Weight Watchers Core program...(no bread) I usually do points, but Core takes it off fast!!! When you see my gown, you'll understand why it needs to come off:) Just saying GOWN makes me sooooo excited!!!!

I need to get motivated and loose some weight. My husband lost 240 pounds last year. So, I guess I better get to work. He looks really good.

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Holy Smokes!!!! That is Amazing!!!! I work for Weight Watchers, so nothing makes me happier than to hear that someone has lost weight. I think it is the best gift to give yourself. Not for looks (even though its a plus) but for health!!!!!! BRAVO MR. MICKEY TEACHER!!!!!!:yay: :dance3: :yay:

Oh goodness...no bread. I'd go crazy  Carbs are my downfall, I mean I try to be good but I just can't help myself. I lost 30 pounds in the last 6 months, but I have another 10 to go. My thyroid was all jacked up...long story...so I had surgery to remove half of it. Seems like that helped my metabolism get back to normal. We have a brand new sports club opening in the fall that I've signed the fam up for (the thing is gigantic!) so that'll help. But Mickeyteachers....that is so incredibly awesome for your husband!! Amazing! I bet he just feels great :woohoo:

oh my, I've been eating extra carbs b/c of the running! LOL must have rice...:rotfl:

emeyesee - yay for palo!

Is there really such a thing as 'overpacking'? That's all I hear, "Don't overpack". I mean, I've got lists for clothes during the week (formal night, semi formal night, casual stuff), but I'm just confused...do people wear their swimsuit more than they thought they would've? So it's those clothes they would've worn instead of the swimsuit, that they feel they've overpacked? How much is too much? :confused3 Just thought I'd throw that one out there...;)

i know last year we ended up not changing the clothing we wore on the excurrision to dinner. Not for formal night but for cruise casual. So the clothing I had planned to wear for dinner we did not wear them. Last year was crazy. We would get back from the excursion just in time for dinner. Sometimes we were late for dinner. But, I still had to do laundry. That really was not fun. This year I am making sure I do not have to do laundry.

Hi,
I posted awhile ago that I was looking into excursions that my 13yo DGS would enjoy. I contacted Mazatlan Frank and he said he would customize an excursion but needs 6 people. He suggested a tour of Old Mazatlan and a resort w/lunch. But, was willing to customize it however we wished.

Anyone interested???

I think of myself as a light packer. I think that sometimes we dont think we are going to wear thoes capris twice, but we really are:) Anyways, I write a list of all my outfits, and know that the dress that I wear to the brunch, I'll also wear to one of my dinners. I have a pair of white linen pants that I'm wearing onboard, but Im wearing them again with another shirt on another night. If they are dirty.....well then I guess I'll wear that dress again;) I am bringing about 4 swimsuits though, and my Disney Princess sweats:cutie:

I won't really want to do laundry either. I don't blame you! I mean, we're on vacation...who wants to do chores? :lmao:

Hi Grandma x3...Mazatlan Frank sure has helped a lot of people on these boards. I feel bad that we won't be going ashore in Mazatlan to help him out. We're doing an excursion in PV, but decided to stay on the ship for the first two ports. Sorry!! Hopefully you can find someone to go with you ;)

So you're not going to write to me?????M-I-C....Your jealous that I have Princess sweats.....:rotfl2: :rotfl2:
