Good Morning Everyone!!!
I rented Ricks Tux yesterday!!!!!!!I am so excited!!! I also ordered the suspenders. Wowie Zowie!!!!!He is going to look amazing!!! I would marry him all over again.

Rick in a tux, and you in a gown....awesome! No tux for Patrick. We'll dress up, but keeping it on the down low. Ties for the guys, and dresses for us two girls.

Rick does not own any tie's, or a suit coat, or really anything like that. So, we decided that over all, it would be better for us to just rent a tux. It probably would come out the same, or maybe more $....I don't know It was just easier for us. Im callin the cops ::cop: ::cop: ::cop:

Yeah...I understand about the $ thing. With what the cruise cost for us 5, I have to keep extra costs down. I hate that Spend, spend, spend!

Hey...Let's not talk about Rick....Let's talk about ME I found a beautiful Gold gown. I mean the find of the century!!! I am really tall 5'10, so this gown fits perfect. I just need to find little gold sandles. I hope people don't mistake me for an Aztec Princess. You might need to let them all know that I'm just a regular girl I'm Hilarious!!!!

Tux's - my DH has his measurements and went to Ebay and got a good deal on a new tux. Less $ than to rent one for te 15 day repo.
Now - on this cruise - my newly minted teenage grandson wants to wear a tux - so I'm biting the bullet and renting one for him thru DCL. It will just provide more memorable moments of our special time together!!
Except I think I'll have to shop for me - ugh - I hate shopping!

Hey Grandma x3...since you'll be on the EB Repo, do you think you could be our eyes and ears for that cruise? I was absolutely GLUED to the thread that was on the main board for the WB, I was so excited that it was coming! If you have time that is...you'll be having too much fun I'm certain

One of the WB'ers had a blog - Laura (eeyorelvr10) - I think she might do another. I am bringing my laptop - but from my experience from the med repo last Aug. the internet is SLOW. But, I'll do my best to send highlights!!

I found one of my dresses at TJ maxx. It is just a simple black dress. I think it cost me somewhere like $30 or something. I don't like to shop, but every time I go to TJ Maxx, I find what Im looking for. I got my GOLDEN GOWN at Sears. Now I NEVER go into Sears except to buy a washer or something, but my friend at work told me they had formals really cheap! WOW was she right. I found the perfect dress. You might try

I do so appreciate the tips - when I shop its with a specific destination in mind - then get it and get out!!!! I'm hoping to convince my daughter that she Really wants to go w/me!! Do you think after the prom/graduations that formal/fancy dresses will go on sale - or will they be "picked" over?

My kids' school principal wears Spanx...she's doing something wrong though. They make her look like she's pregnant!! And I'm not joking...is it possible that someone could put them on upside down?

I tried some on last summer before the med repo - was very uncomfortable. Yes, my reg. size. Decided I'd opt for the more loose flowing look!!! I think I'm just going to stay w/that style!! And although it may not be as hot for our cruise - I'll wear the same dresses for the PC Repo and it's going to be Really, Really hot!!
