June 29, 2008 - Magic - West Coast!!!!

I stayed home for 10 years with the boys. I have been working now for 6 years. I love it. I really started working so I could be at the boys school. I think that anything that you try is just a plus. If you don't like it...QUIT. Anything that you make will just be gravy. I bet you get free membership. What a great place to work. Everything I make pays for fun stuff, and my QVC habit:lmao: YES,YES,YES, try it!!!!!!

Sorry that it took so long to reply. James just got back from playing air soft. I was excited to hear how it went. He just got a new gun, and he and his dad went to play with some guys.

That's kind of how I looked at it....I mean....I used to be a work-a-holic. Now I'll have to 'incorporate' work into my life. But it would be for me now, and like you said...the fun stuff. Ok....so that gives me some confidence...I think I just might do it!!! :cool1: :cool1:

Patrick was so funny!!! Rick and I saw him everywhere. He was EVERYWHERE:lmao: If he doesn't go with you to DL... let me know, and I will join you for the day. I would love it. I do think that he was probably tired because everyone was in 1 room. I never sleep really good when we are all piled into one room. You were the nap queen:cloud9:

A few years back, we had air soft go through our neighborhood. The boys would trade backyards, and each day would be a different yard. They LOVED it!! New barriers, etc. But here's the funny part...Tori actually found a business out of it!! She go through and pick up all the pellets, and SELL THEM BACK TO THE BOYS!!!! Isn't that a RIOT??? :rotfl2: :rotfl2: They actually bought them back!! :lmao:

That is really nice you are going with your mom to Hawaii. My mom goes on all of our trips with us. Patrick and I have never taken a trip alone. Last year we had our 20th anniversary and we took our kids and his parents to Hawaii. It was really nice. As you can read my mom, our kids, and his parents our very important to us.

Patrick said the same thing....he saw you guys everywhere! Ya know....I NEVER nap! Seriously, on that ship, the bed was just calling me!!! I wanted to nap all the time! :lmao: But, he said it was cool seeing you guys. I would LOVE TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!! Um, did that sound awkward?? :rotfl2:

We have a little boy across the street who is in kindergarten. He picked up 100 pellets to take to school for his 100 day thing. They are everywhere. I think Tori is one smart cookie. Tell her to take the shop vac to pick them up. It is faster;)

Here's what's cool mickeyteachers....when I was young, we traveled everywhere with my grandparents (my mom's parents). My sisters and I absolutely LOVED it! Some of my greatest memories in life, were from vacations spent with my grandparents!! That's why I've always made such big deals about the grandparents who traveled with their grandbabies on this cruise....I just know it will stay in their minds FOREVER!! I mean I loved being with my parents too, but I was with them at home! ;) :lmao: Having 'family' vacations are just the best....we're going camping with my parents next week, and my kids are absolutely giddy about it! YEAH!! :cool1: :cool1:

I love going on vacations with my kids, but nothing beats just Rick and I being alone. I can't imagine not have romantic getaways with my main squeeze. He likes it even more than I do. It doesn't happen very often, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. We will definatly not have a problem when the chicks fly the coop:lmao:

Oh gosh...that 100 day thing was so cool for Andrew!! Guess what he did?? 100 Mickey Mouse heads...not from a doll or anything...that would be gross and kind of sick  He put 100 mickey mouse head stickers on a mickey mouse head cut out....I bet you can't guess what Type A/ADHD/OCD person made him think of that one :rolleyes1

Oh man...yes! Alone time with the hubby!!! AA--OO--GA!!! :cool1: :cool1: Um...am I sounding desperate?? :lmao:

I remember those days of 100 something. My son also had each letter of the alphabet. One time it was J. So we took a plastic Jar and put a picture of his Grandma in the Jar. Her name is Judy. We called it Judy in a Jar. It was really cute. This year he is in 4th grade. So, it is time for the mission project. That should be fun. I am sure we will have a lot of fun creating his mission. I really enjoy helping him with his homework. I spend all day teaching kids and then I come home and teach some more. On Wednesdays I teach at Champman University so I do not get to help him on that day. But, the extra money helps with my Disney Cruise obsession.

Alone time is really nice. Earlier this year I went to a conference in Palm Springs. Patrick went with me. That was fun. But, the whole time we kept saying Robert-Adam would love this and Patrick-Robert would love doing this. It was really funny.

Oh man...he was tan at the Sail Away!! Must be all those days on the boats....He was much darker when we disembarked though! I was outside this afternoon in my bathingsuit gardening just trying to keep my Riviera tan....I think it's fading :sad1:

:cloud9: Rick and I were talking, and I think Palo brunch was my favorite. I loved dinner, but I don't know if it was the first day excitement, or what, but that brunch was just amazing. Dinner was crazy amazing though.:cloud9:

See, I'm bummed! You mentioned that your server gave you a few different dishes...ours didn't even offer it. LOBSTER??? I totally missed it!! I'm bummed that we weren't able to see our dining room servers that night...we truly did miss them!! And I would've gotten LOBSTER!! But we did have the chocolate souffle for dessert....um yeah. Chocolaty goodness!

We had Tony. He was the best. We had him at Brunch also. He also gave me a rose:lovestruc He is back in Spain now. I put him on my comment card. He really made our cruise special. He was great. OUr server was OK. I did like Daniel, our drink server. Well...I loved everyone. I have no complaints, but Tony and Daniel were my fav's. I also loved Falcon, my room guy:lovestruc:flower3:
