Looks like we won't be cruising with you all after all. There is a very real possibility that we might be moving to Denver (Keep your fingers crossed, because as much as we wanted to go on this cruise, we REALLY want to move to Denver) and the timeline right now looks like it might be right around mid-June.

We are all super bummed about it, but things happen. Since the rest of our summer is already filled with other activities, we managed to move our trip to August of 2012 for the exact same room, which is awesome.

Now, as I was organizing the FE List, I will need someone to take over the file. I am sure there has to be a way that I can pass it off to whoever. Just let me know WHO it should go to. (and if you know HOW to do it, even better!)

I hope you all have a blast and can't wait to hear all about your trip!

That was fun - hmmm - I'll have to dig out my old notebook from then - my memory appears to be useless at the moment!! It is getting close - I've got to start thinking about paying for it!

We collected everyone's full name, cabin, and I think maybe reservation number. Then went straight to the Palo manager when we boarded and begged that he arrange enough tables for all of us. A few days later he called with the go ahead.

Yeah Monica - that was for the Palo luncheon (with said speedo parade!!) but we also did a larger one in the regular dining room - we needed the same info but I don't remember if we went to the dining captain or ??? Thank the Lord you're memory isn't as unreliable as mine!!!

Okay, I know the Parrot Cay Wenches lunch was in place of the palo brunch that didn't work out.
And Palo Tea was last minute dash kind of thing.
They were both great and tons of fun
Really appreciated all the hard work people put into making that cruise special

Is there any interest in a wench's luncheon? We have less time on 7 day cruise than we did on the 14 pc - but it was so much fun I'm willing to organize (I'm sure Monica would love to be a "co-orgainzer" !) !!

I know the sail date is still aways off, but I printed my first door 'magnet' today. We're using 3M PostIt Full Sheet paper as suggested by another DIS'er as our door isn't metal.

Hey Chris!

The doors are all metal, but the concierge doors have some other covering on the outside which makes the usual magnetic paper not stick (something like plastic veneer to make them look like wood).

How do fish extenders work for the suites

We had guest services deliver to the Concierge rooms on the Dream...no problem.

When I was on the Dream, the gates were never closed so I delivered my own FE gifts.
