We had a 8:10 breakfast at Donald's Breakfastisaurus in Animal Kingdom. The character interaction was nice, my only complaint was there was so much stuff on the tables that they was hardly any room. The table were not that big to begin with & then they have this big holder type thing in the middle with our silverware, crayons, etc.
We had a really wonderful waiter. My son loved him that he even wanted a picture with him! LOL

We were out of there before the park opened so we went over to the Dinosaur ride since my son really wanted to ride it again. We were the first to ride it. After that DH & I hop over to Primeval Whirl while my mom took my son on Triceratop Spin (Think of Dumbo only with dinosaurs)
After that we tried to head over to the Lion King show for the first showing at 9:40 but on the way we got stopped by Mickey, Minnie, Goofy & Pluto. There were NO kids by them so my son really got a lot of attention. Goofy even picked him up to give him a hug. Goofy also messed around with DH & I so my son thought that was funny.
Well, we ended up missing the first Lion King show at this time it started to rain so we found some shelter close by & waited for the next show :)
We got into the next Lion King show. It was a very good show. Everyone in our party loved the show, even my son.

After the Lion King we left Animal Kingdom, although we wanted to stay we had to go over to MGM because we were still trying to catch up with stuff we missed the first few days.

We got to MGM & our first order of business was to find Woody & Buzz. My son is a big Toy Story fan & we hadn't met those guys yet. We found them over by Al's Toy Barn. After that we turned the corner & there was Kermit the Frog signing autographs, so we stopped for him too.
We were heading to the Beauty & the Beast show but on the way we saw Mike & Sully from Monster Inc. so we stopped & got a picture with them too :)

We headed on over to Beauty & the Beast. It was another A+ show. I would recommend that show for young & old.

After the show my son was BEGGING to go on Tower of Terror. I had already been on this ride & was not sure if he would like it, even though he is a daredevil. I thought it might be too much for him.
Well, after begging & begging & telling him how scary it is, we decided to let him go on it since he met the height requirement by 3 inches.
He did pretty well, although during the first drop his eyes looked like they were going to pop out!
After the ride, he said he liked it BUT when I asked if he wants to go on it again he quickly said "No"
He later told me that the drop was just a little too scary, but when he is bigger he will go on it again! LOL

We then lined up for the Motor Car parade. I love this parade. I almost think I like this one better then Share a Dream parade over at MK. We had perfect seats & the characters were wonderful. Definitely see this parade.

After the parade we stopped over at Rosie's Cafe to have a quick bite before the Fanastimic show.

We got excellent seats for Fanastimic. DH, myself & my son totally loved this show. I think it is Disney's best. We loved it so much that we made time to see it again :)

Thanks for sharing - Wonderful review!!!!!!!

I've been enjoying your trip reports. I was so relieved that your son recoved quickly and was able to enjoy the trip after all :)

I was wondering, where were your "perfect seats" for the MGM parade? I hear lots of advice about optimal places to view Illuminations and the MK parades, but not so much about the MGM one. My kids are really excited about it and I wondered where the best viewing would be? (Maybe I should ask on the attractions and strategies board - LOL :)

Laurie, off to read about the rest of your trip :)

We were about a block or so away from the enterance, right in front of the big Disney store that I believe is called Disney Co. It was right before you turn onto the street to head to Tower of Terror (sorry I can not think of the street right now)

Personally I like the MGM parade a little more then the MK parade, the characters seemed more personal with you.
Maybe we caught them on a good day ;)

Have fun planning your trip

Thanks! And yes, I'm having a blast planning my trip and reading about everyone else's :Pinkbounc
