June 2017 Disneyland Check In!!!

How many days in advance can you make dining, World of Color dessert party, and tour reservations? We will be arriving on June 14. I have seen both 30 and 60 days. Does anyone know for sure?

The Disneyland site says 60 days.

Go to https://disneyland.disney.go.com/dining/disneyland/, then select Dining Experience and check the box for Reservations excepted. From there select a restaurant and look under the Reservations topic for that restaurant. It says there, "Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made—online or by phone—up to 60 days prior to your visit."

60 days is correct -- I made a WOC Dessert Party reservation exactly 60 days before for my trip in May. This was even before the entertainment or park hours schedule was out. Seems strange, but that's just how they do it at DLR.

Thanks for confirming the 60 days! Do you know if this is also true to reserve Tours? We would like to do the Walk in Walt's Footstep tour.

Our trip is June 11-15th. 11th is driving day so no parks. Not sure where we'll eat on our first day at DL. Second day with be DCA Cove Bar and third day will be Cafe Orleans.

Just booked our hotel for the 21st-25th :) staying at the park vue inn. I was curious if anyone knew why the lower tier passes are blocked out that Wednesday and Thursday...am I missing something?

We arrive the 21st as well. I was also wondering why those passes were blocked out. Hope it doesn't mean the parks will be insane.

anyone know if Fantasmic will be back by Monday 19th June? I want to do the Blue Bayou Dining package for either Fantasmic or the Electric Parade. I would only do one dining package, so Im hoping Fantasmic will be back

It's highly unlikely IMO that Fantasmic will be back. I'd just book for MSEP.

sigh... thanks. My ADR dont open for another 2 weeks, so most likely I will book for MSEP but I will keep a close watch right up until the day I fly just in case it comes back. IF it comes back in time for my trip I will then cancel MSEP and book Fantismic.

Sorry. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I'd hate to give you false hope at the same time. Most reports I've seen suggest that while Fantasmic! may return this summer it'll most likely be later in the summer due to several delays.

Well I have now booked all 3 of the ADRs I wanted for my trip including a 7:10 reservation on June 13th for the MSEP package at Blue Bayou. When I checked yesterday morning they'd only loaded up to June 10th so they must have basically figured out showtimes... now if only they'd post hours and showtimes for us!!!

Im 11 days away from making our character breakfast reservations but Im having trouble deciding where to book.. My husband is a Picky Picky Picky eater :( So when we look at menus for Minnie and friends breakfast, Surfs up, and Chip N Dales critter breakfast It seems Minnie and friends is the most picky eater friendly.. But I would love to see stitch!!! Whats your take on the 3 options? For our first ever trip to disneyland last oct we did goofys Kitchen for dinner and it was awesome but we only had 2 choices and since my kids are boys it was a easy choice *LOL*

If you have a Disney Visa you can meet stitch through a private meet and greet.I enjoyed Minnie's breakfast both times we ate there. Is there much difference in food between the breakfasts? It seems they all have fruit, pastries, waffles, and omelets. But I may be wrong.

I only have a debit Visa and I guess now they exclude those :( and it seems they are the only ones with the basics, All the other menus are more fancy.. Just want everyone to be happy but everyone seems to go between loving Minnie and friends to disliking it. Same with storytellers

I have done all the buffet breakfasts and even the ones with a few "fancier" items all have basic items too. Storyteller's has an omelet station but they'll make you scrambled eggs there too if you want.

HAHA I dont think he would touch a omelet.. Which was your favorite? I have 3 boys Oldest is 6 and twins are 4. Could storytellers have characters they dont know?

I like Storytellers and PCH the best. There could be characters they are unfamilar with at Storyteller's though as it tends to be Chip and Dale plus Koda from Brother Bear and either Meeko from Pocahontas or Pluto. PCH has Mickey as a greeter and then Stich and members of the Fab 5 that come around. The food quality is MUCH better at these two breakfasts than Goofy's or Minnie's and as I've only ever travelled with adults that's often what's more important to us than who the characters at the breakfast are - we're just happy with furry hugs!

I really feel like any of the character meals will have food to accomodate you picky "big kid" but if you want to meet Stitch and your boys like Mickey (and who doesn't) there's only one place to do either and that's PCH. I remember scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage being on the buffet. Along with rice and chicken and tomatillas and TONS of fresh fruit, pasteries, smoothies... I don't travel with any picky eaters my husband was the pickiest - aside from my brother-in-law who thinks fruit is gross but will eat literally anything else :confused3 - and he was only picky due to not being exposed to different cuisines, he's now super adventurous so I don't have much experience in that area. Sorry.
