Random question of the day!
If your car was worth $2500 and you had recently put $600 of repairs into it, how much more would put into it before calling it quits and getting something else? My check engine light is on for the 4th time in a month. It is almost 12 years old with 128K miles on it.
I recieved an old car from my parents last summer and haven't put much money into it so I really don't think I can help answer that question...
I guess...if I were you and I felt like I SHOULDN'T be spending anymore on an old car, then I probably would have already made up my mind. Stop wasting your money and invest in a good new car?
I was kind of absent yesterday, but today is a no-buy, woohoo! I'm pretty sure tomorrow will be a no-buy too, depending on how strong my will-power will be in NOT getting that Iced coffee from McDonalds I always get on Thursday nights...
Overall budget: $75.44/400
Gas: $46/70
No buys: 2/10
Eating out: 2/6
I'm going to try to limit how many times I can shop for certain items
Clothing: 0/5
The Body Shop: 0/4
Gifts: 0/4

$25.19-
And you're welcome.
Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid

You will be fine.
I will go to the dealer to get the recall part taken care of (should be free, right?) then go to this other place (Tire Kingdom) to do the oil change. I'll note any alignment issues or air filter needed, etc...but will probably decline at this point in time.
. Although I stayed within my budget. Just no time to get on the computer....So, here I am trying again.
Forgot what a no buy day was like.
