It will be interesting to see if the $50 credit will hold. I hear that they are only giving $25 to the 3 and 4 night cruises and the $50 to the 7 night cruisers. I sure hope it does. That sure will help defray my drink budget ( at least on the first day, he he).

That's pretty cool our boys are around the same ages!! I'm not a disney club member, I'm not sure how that works. We did the land sea vacation in July of 2000(my first time to WDW). We had theabsolute best time ever!!! Everything was perfect.
Wow, Bill. You made your own shirts? Very cool!!! Is everyone doing the early dining, or late? We have early with the show after. I'm packed already!!!
Last time we only had to bring drivers license and birth certificate/social security cards. Do you think with heightened security that is still enough? Is anyone bringing a passport?
We're driving. Leaving the 14th. Last time we listened to Disney CD's almost the entire way!!! 19 hours. I drove all night I was so psyched!!!

Yes, I did make shirts for all 11 of us. Lime Green t-shirts with a logo of Mickey, minnie, Donald, Pluto and goofy on the front with" The Cox Family Disney Vacation June 2002" around the logo. I used "T-shirt Factory" software and ironed them on all 11 shirts! That took some time. We are planning on wearing these shirts on Saturday 15th and again on Thursday 20th (also our 10th wedding anniversary).
We are doing the main dining as well. We figured with the little kids it might work out better.
As far as security, Birth certificate adn Drivers license should be enough. I am bringing my Passport because I have one.

Hey thanks alot. I just found out that my company gives us a discount on the card. Now, I'll just have to worry that it will get here in time. She said it takes 2-3 weeks. hopefully 2!!!. I will get my number in 1 or 2 days by email!! Then I will call.
We'll all know who you are when we see the 11 lime green shirts!! That's cool. Have you done the cruise before?

Great! thats what we did. As soon as I got my number i called and had it applied. They did say you need your card to activate the discount upon arrival though. Hope you get it in time.
And no, this will be our first Cruise. My parents have been on many cruises but the rest of us are virgins. But with the wealth of info I have obtained from the DIS, I feel like I have been on the Wonder a dozen times!

Hi Marla,
NO, I am not taking a jacket for dinner. I am in a suit all day for my job. I am planning on wearing some nice pants and a long sleeve button down shirt. NO jacket, No tie! I am on vacation. I believe I will be in the majority with this dress.
Are we really only days away?? Is anyone else having trouble sleeping?? I get so nervous leading up to big trips like this. I plan and prepare for such a long time and get nervous I will forget something like, oh I don't know, maybe our whole document packages!! YIKES! that would suck!!

Hey! Did you guys all hear that?? thats the sound of gentle waves rolling at my feet and the loud slurping of me in that Conch Cooler!

The last couple days my husband and I are not sleeping well he claims its my food, I dont think so! I get crazy around vacation time. I cant think start. My husband is worried about , you know, the 9 /11 stuff, I tell him he needs to turn off Fox News. I cant wait for the food!! I dont drink much , but I will have one this time I say it every year and never do . We get into Orlando on Sunday this Sunday at 4:00. I cant believe it is here we booked this trip in Feb. 2001!! What took you so long to book the trip. We booked ours in October of 2000!!!
It has been a long time coming. We also booked Hoop dee do back then as well. We will probably be front and center as early as we booked.
With this rainy weather I sure can't wait to get to the World. My poor daughter is 26 months old and she doesn't have much of a concept of time yet. But she knows we are going to Disney world and to see Mickey Mouse and "Turnarelly's castle". Not sure why she pronounces it like that.
We are all going to have one magical week!

By the way, I just called the Poly and asked the room assignor what we got and he said they have us in 4 rooms on the second floor of the Tahiti building lagoon view. 2 connecting and 1 adjoining and the other 3 doors down. Cant beat that! So far so good!

Bill we also booked the Hoop dee doo . I booked it around the same time of the cruise. You see my husband will be 40 this year and Iam surprising him with a cake on the ship balloons in the stateroom, then at the hoop dee doo we do it again . He has KNOW idea!!! The hoop dee doo is on Sunday after the cruise. Do you want to hear something strange! My dreams at night , when I can sleep, are about Kelli Mark and you I have no idea who you guys are and Iam not a stocker so dont worry! But its like I know you guys I know it sounds strange!!! Me bieng the smarta** I am, responded that I haven't even seen a pic of you yet, will have to wait and see if I run in to her

Iam a hairstylist and alot of my male clients that are kind of protective of me tell me Iam crazy for talking to people on the net I tell them its Disney people like me . I like to joke alot too . The male clients tip real big when you are nice and funny .Marla
