Hi Laura - guess whose bracelets are FINALLY in the mail??
They are on the way. If they don't arrive in time don't worry...I'll have additional bracelets in-hand on the ship.
So, um, can someone remind me where we're meeting on the ship? I have forgotten...and I'm just too lazy to go back through the thread.

I am shipping our luggage down ahead of time (me trying to manage suitcases plus 2 kids for a flight that leaves at midnight...um. no!) and my luggage gets picked up next Wed. I have a week to pack! Starting minor panicking....

I don't remember either with certainty. I "think" that we had talked about meeting on starboard side of the Goofy Pool at 3PM. On the cruise prior, we're meeting at the Promenade Lounge at 3PM...so whatever everyone decides will be fine with us.

I woke up to the kids singing 9 more days, 9 more days over and over. It's definitely an excited atmosphere here in our house. Got packed yesterday, and now just working on cleaning house this week (hate to come back to a messy house after a trip).

Can't wait to see everyone as well!

And I'm so excited that you are still able to go- you and your sister will have a great time!

Had to purchase a bit more luggage as the kiddos are older and need more space than sharing with Mom and Dad and new tires for the car ...We leave on Tuesday after dropping the dog off with her doggie boyfriend. We will meet up with family in Georgia late on Wednesday and will travel in to Port Canaveral Thursday night to stay at the comfort inn and suites. So exciting to talk about it all in terms of days rather than far-away dates on a calendar!

I know- it's crazy- our countdown chain is super tiny and the kids are going nuts School isnt out for us here- not till the 18th but we are leaving on the 15th regardless. Aidan has had a tough year (oh, but his official Aspergers diagnosis got us a TON of district help that will be set in place for next year) and skipping the last few days of 3rd grade wont kill him

We leave Tuesday as well- flying red eye at 11:30 (w/one stop) and arriving in Orlando at 10 am. We have no definite plans those first couple days- we may use our GAD volunteer tix to go to MK one day, or we may lay around If we dont use the GAD tix for admission we will use them for fastpasses at some point in the week in WDW after the cruise. We are staying at Carribean Beach Resort for the days prior to the cruise, and the Contemporary Resort after.

It's currently 50 degrees here at the moment and raining...and I'm waiting for the luggage shipping compnay to come get our suitcases this morning!

Just finished getting all the info together for my sister to go on the trip. Since I will be in WDW from Sun-Thurs alone, I booked the Backstage Magic tour for myself. I am excited to spend 7 hours behind the scenes.

Quick question... though we might go over this when we all meet at 3?

How are we doing the FE gifts? Since there are just 5 of us should we split up how we delier so it isn't all one day?

I have one gift per stateroom and then small little gifts for the younger kids (12 and under)

It looks like we're all leaving for FL earlier than our sail date, huh? We fly out at 7:30 AM Saturday morning, spending the day at EPCOT (our "Give a Day, Get a Day" pass), and the night at POR. Then we board for the first cruise Sunday.

Jess, I think the FE gifts are likely going to be based on the givers. We got one small item for each person, so we're likely to (depending on stateroom) spread ours out over the cruise. IE: Aidan's on Monday, Piper's on Tuesday, yours on Wednesday (just as an example, no guarantees there).

We wish everyone safe travels, and will look for you on the boat.

FE Gifts - I think we should just go ahead and do it randomly. Hopefully they don't all arrive on one day, but we shouldn't feel like we need to schedule it either.

Random is good I am glad I shipped my luggage down early- no scrambling at the last minute (it's on it's way to FL as of yesterday!) now I just have to worry about carry ons (minimal hopefully cause I might have to carry P through the airport since our flight is at midnight.

Thank you guys for all the wonderful FE gifts, for the kind faces throughout the cruise, for the brilliant smiles that my daughters gave us everytime they came back to the room to find the gifts in the FE. You're great people.
