Glad you got a booking on the Panama. We are on the Eastbound so we will not meet up.
We did our booking through Dreams Unlimited (barbara@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com ) She has been wonderful and is so friendly that we chat by email. Think the current stateroom credit for these cruises through dreams is $600 which is worth having.

It is so easy to transfer they do the lot for you.

We really wanted to be on the eastbound as it has one more port than the westbound, but, we are very happy to be able to get the booking as is. I will check into dreams unlimited. We need all the stateroom credit we can get.

I'm on this one too! We'll be seamates again! I'm really looking forward to this trip. I have my flight to florida done and we're going to WDW for a couple days before then on the boat. I plan to use my shipboard credit for alot of spa time! There's a meet thread for this cruise...http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1325404
every one is friendly. Right now it's mostly chit chat about daily trials and tribulations. I'm sure it'll get more cruise friendly as it gets closer. Come on over and say hi!

I've been on the 2009 itinerary watch thread, and people over there are REALLY UPSET! You think that when Disney is so secretive that there is gonna be this big great surprise. It was very anti-climactic. As for me, I wanted to go to Alaska anyway. If Dis was sailing to somewhere great, it would have just been a tough decision. Now I've just got to figure out how to pay for this outrageous Alaska trip I've designed. If we don't end up going to Alaska, we may do the Thanksgiving week trip to the Eastern Carib - have never done that one.

I do not think the 2009 cruises sound very interesting and not much different , no reason for the big hype.

Would have been more interested if there was a longer cruise similar to the Med ones and also going further south.

Would like to go to St. Croix and also Tortola but would prefer St. Martin to St. Thomas if they are to retain some of the original ports and would definitely like to do away with CC for some of them and have the extra day at sea.

OMG Steph,
There are more than 2500 pages There's no way I will be able to catch up on that whole thread, at least I don't think I will. I'll just jump in now. I'm very dissappointed in the 2009 schedule, but, glad it's not earthstopping because we really wanted to go on the Panama Canal cruise. This way there is no regret in choosing one over the other. Did everyone have a nice Thanksgiving?

Amanda is coming home next weekend and we're going to have our family Christmas. That should be nice. Then Amanda and I will be in Orlando for Christmas and my parents will join us on my birthday, New Year's Eve.

Next week is my last week at my school I am student teaching at. I don't even like to think about it. I love those kids. I'm very close with many of them and it's going to break my heart to leave them! Not looking forward to it.

Does anyone know if there's any way I can get a DCL photo album? Is it possible to buy that online or something? I decided that for Christmas I am going to print a lot of Med Cruise pictures and put them in a nice photo album for my parents. I would like it to be a DCL album. Any way to accomplish that?

Amanda is coming home next weekend and we're going to have our family Christmas. That should be nice. Then Amanda and I will be in Orlando for Christmas and my parents will join us on my birthday, New Year's Eve.

You click and drag your photos onto your pages - can set it up any way you want - with captions and all. Don't think there is a Disney option though. Oh yeah, you can also do calendars. Yes, we have it on our computer too. I love it! Let me know how shutterfly goes. I've had a blast designing stuff there. Plus, once you upload your pictures (for free), you can send friends the link, and they can view what you've uploaded. Its pretty cool. You only pay when you order a product or prints.

Hi Brenda. I transferred my 09 reservation to Barbara at Dreams Unlimited. The price was the same, but I got an extra $100 credit. We're going on the Thanksgiving week Eastern cruise. Thanks for the tip.
