I will put the shirts back up next week. I can put them up during the day if that works better. But they will kill the shirts faster if it is during business hours. They say the picture is too close to Disney’s, that’s why they keep killing it. Some one just give me a date and time and I will put them up.

Thanks!! Right now we were able to hold and use most of are FF miles been saving for years!LOL But could only get DFW-Chi-London and then we still need to buy tickets from London to BCN. Then on the way back it is from BCN to Paris!! yea, but can only stay one night due to flights,and then back to JFK, again have to stay a night and then back the next day to DFW, and not forgetting we still need to buy a flight from BCN to Paris. Alot of hotels are booked in Barcelona, we will keep working on it!! It is driving me to a really bad headache!!!

We are using Iberia from London to Barcelona then Barcelona to Paris. We did have to fly to Orly in Paris, but it has saved hundreds! Our tix for 2 people were a total of $400 us dollars.

But we are sure thinking this trip would be great deal if we can get everything together!!! I have been on the net alot!! trying to work this all out!! DCL couldn't really help with anything and even my AAA agent just seems like no help there either, so have to do it ourself.LOL

I had no luck using AAA either. Try www.booking.com . I used to find europe hotels for pre and post.

Good Thursday Afternoon Everyone!

We are trying to figure out how much to exchange and where to do it also. The rate I got from AMEX today was $1.45 for cash and $1.42 for travelers cheques. I really don't want to have to deal with cashing the TCs so for a couple of pennies per dollar I will go with cash. Just not sure yet if I am going to go through AMEX or not. I need to give the bank a call.

As for our groups plans:

We(Rich, myself, DD-Brittany, DD-Alyssa, DDBFriend-Madeline) will be flying out of Minneapolis on June 9th to London on Continental. We head to Barcelona on the 14th on Iberia. We are staying at the Barcelona Hilton and we decided to do DCL transfers in Barcelona. The girls and I are going on to Paris after the cruise and will fly home on July 1st on Continental.

My parents, and David and his family are flying into Barcelona on June 14th out of Atlanta on Delta. They are staying in the same hotel and doing DCL transfers.

We have late seating for dinner and cabin numbers are:
Us - 8530
Mom & Dad - 6080
Davids's Family - 8048(I think)

In case you haven't read back through all the posts I just wanted to let you know we will be holding a DIS meet and greet in the Roy Suite(8530) on the first sea day. I am planning on printing up a reminder card so I am trying to get cabin numbers from everyone so I can leave them on the fish holder. Please PM me or post on the thread your cabin number so I can add you to the list. If you are a guarantee and don't have a cabin number that's fine also. You can let me know when DCL assigns cabins what your number is. I will post an updated list soon so we can make sure I have everyone.

Disney Fans - I decided to go with Iberia for our flights from London to Barcelona and Barcelona to Paris for two reasons. 1 - they have direct flights both ways, and 2 - they were the cheapest. It was $306 for each adult and $295 for each child on Iberia.

LeiLani - We are staying at the Barcelona Hilton also. I was going to use Disney tranfers but when I called awhile back they said that the Barcelona Hilton was not one of their hotels. So, I made arrangements for private transfers. Where are y'all staying in London? We are staying at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington.

PJ, we really haven't planned "tours" in Barcelona. I purchased a book that I have skimmed. I have an idea of about 4 or 5 places I'd like to see, but we're gonna play it by ear. I need to see how quickly my kids bounce back from the jet lag. The tourist bus sounds like a good option though. I like the idea of being able to hop on and off whenever we want to. I got a couple of restaurant suggestions from the cruise critic sight (Les Quinze Nits, The Attic - both on Las Ramblas) so I'm psyched to try those.

You are SO the opposite of me and my compulsive planning. Hence the binder!

Carol, I talked with a good friend of mine today who travels A TON internationally on business. She basically said the same thing I've been reading . . . its too expensive to buy Euros here. She doesn't buy anything before she leaves, but goes to one of the well know bank ATM's at the airport. She said its super easy and you don't really need the Euros till you get there. I think I've decided to go this route. The markup is just so high here.
