Thanks!! I think Ill have to pass this time on the fish extender gifts but that sounds like a great time!!

Well my excitement just got cut in half, jk. Thanks for letting me know.

Sorcerer Mom - I am feeling so alone in the universe out here!!! HAHA

Here is something I made for DD on the last cruise when she graduated from Kindergarten.

I can change some things if you wanted to make something like this for any of your kids. I know it might be a little young looking for HS graduation but let me know...

I know, I was sad too but maybe we can suck her family into doing fish extenders.....Whaddya say djdj456? I did ask her to PM her cabin #'s in case the fish extender fairy dropped by :upsidedow

djdj456 - Congrats on getting your post count up....I think you've set a record :rotfl: Curious to know if the 456 has military significance...reason I ask is that my Dad was in the 82nd airborne in WWII and his company (not sure if I've got the right lingo here) was 456. I use that # alot...he's not with us anymore but I think of him each time I use (or see that #).

Since bottled water isnt free on the ship and its going to be hot I decided to come up with a cheaper way to drink filtered water. So we decided to buy water bottles that filter the water as you drink. We got them in the mail this week and tried them out and they work great. One of the reviews says it leaks but we haven't had any problem. The water tastes great also. So I wanted to pass our find along to you. FYI these were the cheapest ones we could find online. I couldn't find replacement filters but I think that once you've filtered the 75 gallons of water it claims to be able to filter the bottle might need to be replaced anyways so its not that big of a deal. Anyways, heres the link:

We were also able to get 15% off our first purchase with HSN and the coupon code for that is C56574.

Thats a good question and I have no idea! This was actually the screen name I got when I first got online and I never bothered to change it...I liked the number 123 but it was taken so we went with 456...haha not a very good story...

But a really good number :goodvibes

Okay you've talked me into it...you can count us in (3 rooms probably, but I'll have to confirm that and we don't have the numbers yet) on the fish extenders. I'm making both sets of parents a gift bag for mothers/fathers day of things they can use for the cruise and I'll make them a fish extender and put it in their too. I ordered the fabric last night (online shopping is great!) so hopefully I'll be able to pull it together in time! Either way though we'll participate! I think that will make it so much fun for the whole family and something not everyone is doing...for the record my husband thinks Im silly but is going along for the ride.

My husband though this whole DIS was NUTS before our last cruise. We booked the 14 Night Trans-Atlantic 6 days before the cruise left! I had been on the DIS before about DL but never the cruise boards. Everyone on here was SOOOOO amazing. They helped me so much. So just think, we had over 100 cabins and I had 6 days to get packed, passports, finish DD's school (we missed the last 2 weeks of the school year to be on the cruise) and make 100+ FE gifts. :laundy: My husband totally tought I was crazy! He loves the whole idea fo the DIS now. He could not believe how nice everyone was. It was like cruising with 300+ of your closest friends.

Anyway, I know exactly where you are coming from! My husband thought I was CRAZY. :lmao:

I am soooooo happy you will be joining in!!! Hopefully we did not guilt you so bad though. :confused3

So is your husband active duty in the Army?

  Yay!  This is G R E A T! I feel badly too if we guilted you into it :rolleyes1 but we'll have so much fun! You both can add me to the list who's DH thinks I'm off my rocker. He won't even look at the DIS Boards...work is crazy for him so I'm giving him a little slack and chalking it up to just being cranky. He is not a Disney freak like me and the kids are. He enjoys it once he's there but he just thinks we go waaayyyy overboard....wait'll he sees the goofy pirate ears I've for him to sport on Pirate night :rotfl2:

Im prepping for the cruise already and have days booked off to make things for my family and to decorate our door (and theirs since they have no idea). We're really looking forward to it but I can't believe its coming up so soon!

No problem, no guilt you all were just so happy about it how could we not participate :)

My husband is active duty Army for the next 2 months, then he moves to Air Force for med school. Should be fun!

Two places to help with ideas if you have not see them yet for your magnets.

My husband is an AD Marine. I confirmed last night he will be bringing his uniform for formal night.

Oh med school, how fun!

djdj456 - I am very glad you guys will be joining in. Can you please om me your info, ie everyone traveling, ages for kids, etc...

Thanks!

Wow thanks!! My DH is wearing his uniform as well. My DFIL may now that my DH is. We'll see :) I'm getting excited!!!

Oh yeah! Not sure if you posted this or not...are you early or late seating???

We're early seating, but Im not sure what rotation we're on. Is there a particular rotation that is better?

PLLAPLA I think is the best. That puts you in Lumiere's on Formal Night and Parrot Cay on Pirates Night. That is what we are hoping for.

We are late seating though. We did early last time. It was ok but I felt rushed to get to every show. We are trying something new this time.

The PLLAPLA seatings are at 6:30 and 8:30. That is the only drawback. I wish it was at 8:00 instead of 8:30.
