June 14 - Day 3 Ok so we sleep in today then grab breakfast in the lounge, Kids swim then the storm clouds start rolling in ! It pours buckets all afternoon but around 5 they break Good wedding is at 7 . Their Ceremony is nice - wording is different and the Minister/Preacher is AWESOME . done in 20 mins and after the recieving line we head back to the hotel for the reception .. We dance and laugh and have a great time . Kyle is very sleepy and at 11:30 he and I head back to the room about 12:15 Mark's dad brings Megan down . Nice Day
June 15 - Day 4 Oh boy what a drive we have today .. OK we are up at 7 get some Krispy Kremes from the free buffet breakfast with juice for kids and Coffee for me ( 2 big cups ) Mark is leaving early today so at 7:30 he comes by to say bye to the kids and they give him his father's day cards. around 8:30 we have car packed and go around to say good bye to the rest of the family .
We pull out of the Travelodge at 9:03 CST (10:03 EST ) Kyle did have 1/2 of a bonine so ward off carsickness. we stop once at McD's for Lunch and at about 5 rest areas for potty breaks.. We finally hit the Florida border around 8pm YIPPEE not too much longer now.. however by 10 pm I am getting very tired and wake up Megan She chats to me while I drive and reads the map. Only mistake today was when I missed my exit in Atlanta and took the next one so it took us and extra 25 miles round town but hey its an adventure ! very thankfully at 11:15 pm we pull into the DTD Hilton for the night - we got this room w/ hotwire and it was very nice.. I never saw the pool but its ok tomorrow we are checking into the swan..
