we are booked.
My son never spent a lot of time in the teen club until this past June Fantasy cruise. He raved about the counselors, especially YoYo, and keeps in touch with a number of the teens since we are home. You would have thought they were friends forever. we are big Disney fans so he will got to the shows with me and do trivia, etc, but hoping there will be a group his age to hang out together.
I joined the facebook page yesterday and added my son maybe he can "meet" someone ahead of the cruise.
The Fantasy seemed better than the Dream to me- maybe because the cruise is longer, and they added the small wading area above the adult pool and the pool at satellite falls. I still love the Magic and can not wait to see her after the dry dock.
It seems the facebook page is more active than here. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
Since we booked so late we have second seating- we always do main, but will hope for waitlist to come through. We eat late at home, but on the cruise after such a big meal I am ready to just fall asleep!
Sounds awesome...I am sure everything will work out. It seems we have a fairly large group, and too, at that time of year it also seemed that there were more "kids" that age then the youngers. More to their advantage.
We've always had 2nd seating dining. Not sure what we'd do eating so early, having a later show to get to. I LOVE 2nd- seating dinner, and you're right...it falls right into our schedule at home too. The kids go right back out, but my DH and I just go about, doing whatever or nothing, just relaxing, which is what it's all about anyway.
Looks like we are headed to board the Wonder for a New Year's Eve cruise...it will be strange for us, going to a smaller ship. You mention the Magic and you love it...that's encouraging news to me. Any advice for us going from the larger vessel to the smaller one? I can't wait to see what it's like to be on board for longer then 4 nights (in June!). That will be a whole new experience for sure!
FB is certainly where it is most active...I come on here every once in a while to make sure no one is being left behind, but FB is easier. I wish all groups had had them actually.
