To Big jack...thank you for adding us to the list. We figured since it was our first time and not on an official list we would just "extend" gifts and not worry about the receiving end. It would be good lesson for the girls as they roamed decks looking for FE's hanging. By the way, we added our 17 ye niece Courtney to our cruise yesterday. She's very excited! Making magnets to decorate door. We'd better get moving in the gifts!! Filled with anticipation!

We just booked this cruise as a surprise for my daughter's Sweet 16 and we are looking at finding hotels in Seattle after our flight from Orlando and also in Vancouver the night before this cruise. Any suggestions? Anyone doing anything similar? We are a party of 7 and cant wait to join the party!!

Be careful about souvenirs that you buy in Alaska. Canadian customs will confiscate knives/cutting/carving tools and animal and "tribal" products. (You go through Canadian customs after disembarkation, even if you're headed straight to the airport to go to the US.) It's best to have such things shipped home.

Some folks are dressing up for pixar night, some as pirates (because that's the costumes that they bought), others as disney princesses, and still others as pixar characters. (Yes, there is a Pixar princess.)

Speaking of going straight to the airport, http://www.vancouvershuttle.ca/cruise-transfers.html is a cheaper alternative than Disney. Disney's service does not include them handling your luggage as they do in Orlando.

Please remove my DD(17) from my cabin 5524. We kicked her out!

She is already listed in WinnieM's cabin 5522 next door (with her grandmother and aunt).

If anyone is doing individual or kid gifts then I don't want them to make two for her.

I don't use Facebook, either. I am using the FE list that is on the first page. I think it is pretty much up to date. I added you to the list that I am using here at home. Our family is leaving in less than a month.....the week after the kids get out of school.
I am putting cabin numbers on my baggies that we are using for our gifts this weekend and getting them organized.

Tis true that discussions are indeed going on more frequently on Facebook but, the DIS Board is home base. NOTHING that is decided on FB isnt run up the flagpole here too. So not to worry. And you are correct in using the original FE list. I always make changes there. Or at least eventually in APinCA's case

New to Disney Cruise ... I have a question, how many FEs should we have? One for each person or one for each room? And do we have a final count?

Awaken, you can do whatever works best for your family. I've seen both done on our other cruises. While i have you, on the spreadsheet, i have three in your room but only you and an 8yo boy actually listed. Will you let me know which is correct? I will be doing a tally soon, i was just waiting to see if i heard back from some people who have info missing.
