Jumpin' June Exercise Thread

98 minutes of pure running. I'm so proud of myself. It's the longest distance I've ever gone (9 miles). I just started running a little over a year ago, and I couldn't even run 60 seconds. Now I can run for an hour and a half.

You SHOULD be proud! That's fantastic! I'm getting there.... ;)

That is an awesome accomplishment! You are an inspiration to me, as I started in Jan. You are proof of what can happen when you keep going! Great job!

75 minutes today...legs, PT for my back and cardio. I feel great and hope it stays this way! I took it easy with the cardio and did it at a walking pace, something my PT says I have to do from now on, in the long term. I burned a total of 370 calories according to my heart rate monitor. I could definitely live with that!

Walked a super hilly half marathon with my sister today (Biggest Loser Runwalk Erie). Finished at exactly 3 hours. So, adding 180 minutes walking.

Congrats to all that had races this weekend :)

25 mun jog this morning.

Slowly but surely getting there!

435+25= 460/600

Yesterday was a recovery day. I got in my 10k steps, but I only had 33 active minutes on my fitbit.

It's so great reading about everyone's journeys.

72 minutes of a little of this and a little of that.

I have reached my goal for June.

1175/1000

I walked my first 5k over the weekend. It was a lot of fun. I also spent quite a bit of time with my lawn mower.

Thanks for the help!

Cumulative total for the weekend: 57 minutes of walking, running stairs, and dancing with the baby. That last one always tires me out the quickest.
