July Member Clubhouse Has Arrived

Keep an eye on your e-mail. Got my July Clubhouse this evening. Not a terrible lot of news but there is a write-up on the space they are calling "Artist's Palette" at Saratoga Springs and some other tidbits. One item is that they have added four new bike tours that can be booked on points.

I got that e-mail too....the first one after several attempts to register with the DVC e-mail list!

It was said on another thread, but Artist's Palette and Artist Point are way too close and will undoubtedly bring confusion to future vacationers. They've got the entire dictionary to draw from...don't they have better imaginations than that?

I'm just thinking of the Fort Wilderness/Wilderness Lodge confusion that I keep running into from the casual WDW vacationers.

I got the email, too.

Was excited to see the 4 new bike tours...especially the SC-GA, Canyons, and Yellowstone-Tetons.

I, too, was confused by the name of "Artist's Pallette." First thing I thought of was "Animators Palette" on the cruise ships, not Artist's Point at the WL.

Also, just what we need...aadding another AP abbreviation to the list.

I would be curious to know if any aol folks get their e-mail from DVC. I know I have registered ooodles of times, and still nuttin'.

Gawd I hate aol...

I usually always get the e-mails from DVC but I have not recieved the July one yet. I have AOL and have not gotten any e-mail notifications in the last 48 hours either. For some reason AOL is blocking DIS and DVC e-mails and considers them SPAM. This has been an ongoing problem for AOL users the last 2-3 weeks.

So have I Pam until this one(July). The Technical board has had posts that they are having a problem with a lot of AOL users for some reason in recieving notifications.

We have never gotten a single email from DVC member services. I've emailed their tech support people, but it seems that somewhere between DVC and Adelphia (or even go.com), the mail system breaks down.
