90 minutes this morning walking and 15 on the elliptical yesterday. 20 minutes on the elliptical this afternoon also. 2 minutes jogging and 5 minutes hitting the stairs at work
I've been keeping up with my crunches and push-ups AND I finally have half-marathon training time to report!
7/5 -- C/PU -- 10 mins
7/6 -- C/PU -- 10 mins
7/7 -- C/PU -- 10 mins + 125 mins treadmill
Hectic day at work yesterday so I didn't get to bike nor calisthenics during my lunch break. BUT, I did a bit more today:
Swimming laps: 15 minutes
Water Aerobics: 55 minutes
Calisthenics: 10 minutes
I am currently at 164 for the month so put me in for 500 for the month. I am just getting really started so I want to start slow and make sure I can meet my first goal.
