July Exercise Thread Summer's Here Let's Get Moving

I am desperately lagging. The antibiotics have me feeling better, just waiting for the energy to come back.

I am up to 40 minutes!
 
Please add me in for 1500 for July. Thanks! So far:

July 1= walk 45
July 2= curves 40, walk 45
July 3=yoga 80, walk 20
July 4= walk 40
July 5= walk 45
July 6= curves 35, walk 20,20

90 minutes this morning walking and 15 on the elliptical yesterday. 20 minutes on the elliptical this afternoon also. 2 minutes jogging and 5 minutes hitting the stairs at work

I've been keeping up with my crunches and push-ups AND I finally have half-marathon training time to report! ;)
7/5 -- C/PU -- 10 mins
7/6 -- C/PU -- 10 mins
7/7 -- C/PU -- 10 mins + 125 mins treadmill

Hectic day at work yesterday so I didn't get to bike nor calisthenics during my lunch break. BUT, I did a bit more today:
Swimming laps: 15 minutes
Water Aerobics: 55 minutes
Calisthenics: 10 minutes

Total today: 80 minutes

Overall: 335/1200
 
Got in 4.5 miles today.

I am at 25.1/125 miles or 20% to goal. Unfortunetly we are 21.5% into the month.
 
I am currently at 164 for the month so put me in for 500 for the month. I am just getting really started so I want to start slow and make sure I can meet my first goal. :)
 
I did my 1 mile WATP so that puts me at 186/500. :)
