After a minor ankle injury, I can finally work out again :yay: I'm probably not going to reach my goal for the month, but hopefully I can get close.

I am at 1410/1400! :cheer2:

Actually, looks like I set my goal too low this month! I thought the heat was going to knock me out more than it has, especially after I struggled so much with it last month

I'm going to set a new goal of 300 min from today to the end of the month to keep me moving. Guess that puts me at 1410/1700 with my newly revised goal. :teeth:
 
Wow.... I didn't realize it had been so long since I posted an update. Here we go...

7/14 counting 60 minutes of exercise (I spend 8 hours at a water park... lots of walking, stair climbing, hill climbing and fun... but chilly!)

7/15 50 minutes on TM

7/16 20 minutes of "Walk Away the Pounds" DVD

7/17 33 minutes Wii Active

7/18 45 minutes on TM

7/19 45 minutes of walking outside

7/20 20 min WATP video, 20 min outside walk, 20 min. TM

7/21 30 min. WATP video

7/22 45 minutes on TM

7/23 46 minutes of Wii Powerstep (with weights) and strength training


That brings me to 1044/1450.... I may make it yet!! I need to do about 51 minutes per day, every day for the rest of the month. I'm going to make a real effort to GET IT DONE!................p
 
Where is everyone??

Anyhow.... I got in another 20 minutes yesterday on the TM and I did 53 minutes with WATP and the FitCuff this morning. That brings me to

Hello? Where is everyone else??

I did a full 60 minutes this morning, which brings me to 1177/1450. The next few days will be challenging, as we are driving to Cape Cod tomorrow to drop off DD and then I will be away with DS for a few days. But I will definitely make an effort to get in AT LEAST 30 minutes a day while I am away.......P

I am now at 1790 min completed, so with my revised goal of 1700 min, I am still over goal! :banana::yay::banana:

I am not going to set another new goal for this month, but I do plan to keep moving right to the end of the month - well, except for today being a very well deserved rest day!
