July Exercise Challenge-Lets Sizzle this Summer!

I haven't been around much, but have been getting some exercise in.
I'm up to 720/1000............5105/10000.

128 minutes of heavy hurricane clean-up, so now I'm 729/900.
 
Well, this is a tough one.......I finally made my minutes, it took 6 months! So, I'll go for 1300 minutes.....(I have a 7 day trip to USF & DCL this month) so hopefully, I'll be able to stay on track and work alittle harder!! Still going for 12000 for 2008!

I certainly will not meet my goal, RL has really gotten in the way, particularly last week. I will be back on track for August, however.
 
2080/1700 WOO HOO!

But I am feeling it today. I did a 9.3 mile run yesterday and then later in the day played 90 minutes of tennis! OUCH!
 
2155/1700 and I think I will have one workout left in this month, so we'll see what the final is soon....

I still have 2 days to go so I'm hoping to tack on a few more mins! :teeth: Hopefully the thunderstorm that's keeping me inside right now will pass soon so I can get out this afternoon like I'd planned before we go out this evening, and I do have an indoor workout planned for tomorrow.
