July Exercise Challenge-Lets Sizzle this Summer!

Today I did:
45 minutes aquasize
55 minutes of walking

So that puts me at: 500/800
 
Well, this is a tough one.......I finally made my minutes, it took 6 months! So, I'll go for 1300 minutes.....(I have a 7 day trip to USF & DCL this month) so hopefully, I'll be able to stay on track and work alittle harder!! Still going for 12000 for 2008!

I have been slacking a bit-my hamstrings are KILLING ME following a whole lot of weeding over the weekend. Hoping things loosen up so I can get a good run in.

So far month to date 1080/1200. I am on track to making my goal!!! Yea!! Got to love summer time! Hope everyone is enjoying the weather.

I did a 30 minute walk on Tuesday and 45 minutes yesterday which puts me at:
