Hi, everyone!
I walked a 5K yesterday - and finished a minute faster than the one I tried to run in April. Yay for walking!
I also started in a walking group - looks like a fun and laidback crowd. I'm excited about the structure, too. We walked about 25 minutes tonight.
With the 5K and walking group, along with power walking my pup and lifting my little weights, I'm up to 650/2000.
