I wasn't going to post until tomorrow or the next day, but when I entered tonight's walk in my spreadsheet I noticed that I was half way! Swam again this morning. That is so nice. Too bad I don't know when it will happen again. I can't convince dh to join the private pool 3blocks from our house, and now my friend who belongs is busy for the next few days! Ah well, it was nice while it lasted.
 
7/10 120 mins - AM 30 cardio, 30 w/trainer; PM 60 cardio
7/11 40 mins - treadmill and stairmaster
 
30 minutes of demolition on the upstairs hall bathroom last night (swinging a sledgehammer and breaking up tile and mortar)
71 minutes of running this morning (5.5 miles of hills!)

Total 630/1600

Keep up the progress everyone... I will be offline for much of the weekend as we are having a getaway, no technology weekend so after tonight, I'll be back late sunday to update the post, but keep the progress updates coming and I'll catch up when I get back.

Finally back on the trails. I really hurt myself boxing and Tuesday was the first day that I felt ok, but by then I got completely sidetracked with food. It hasn't been a good 2 weeks but it felt really good to be back out there.

Anyway

July 12 ~ 3.43 miles walking with sprints up the hills

Gonna have to step it up to make goal.

Between walking and weights, I've added another 161 minutes over the last couple of days. Unfortunately those minutes haven't included power walking with my sweet pup - I'll have to fix that these next few days.

My total is 811/2000.

60 minutes Thursday night doing a 5k and walking before and after, bringing my total to 605/1200.
 
I've been so busy this summer that I'm hardly Dis'ing at all! I think I'm caught up with this though:

As of the 7th I was 275

Swimming for an average of 30 minutes a day each day since then = 150
I went for two short walks totaling 50 mintes

New total:

475/1200
 
Hour Spinning class today brings me to

1200/1680

I was so busy singing to all the great music in class that the hour went by really fast! I'm friends with the instructor and she asked me what music preference I had...80s all the way :music:
 
Okay I am now addicted to throwing and pulling in crab pots, Soooooo very much fun.

Then walked for an hour on ther beach so 360/620. :beach:
 
With the holiday, work, and a destination wedding I have gotten side tracked with the challenge but I'm going to keep trying.

A 60 minute run brought me up to 145/1200. Looks like I have a lot of work ahead of me!
 
Please add another 50 minutes for a total of 300/1200 Thanks!
