I wonder who's gonna submit the "magic" post??!!?? Oh, and no fair submitting 11 straight "puff posts"!!!Chris

:confused3 It's another tequila sunrise (this old world still looks the same).

 Thank you Chris and Cheri!

I had already put you down for a Bahama Mama, based upon an earlier post. Are you officially changing your mind??
Yes please.

You know, the funny thing about this 90 page goal for the drinks is that I'm really not much of a drinker. I was just having fun trying to reach the goal.

2 MONTHS TODAY!!!!!!!! ONLY 2 MONTHS TO GO! I am soooo excited!
Can you tell that my child is excited?

Help me with our schedule! Want to make sure I have our activities and times correct.

Saturday at 4:30, Deck 10 is the sailaway party?
Sunday at 2pm, Cheri/Chris Suite Celebration?

I've booked a brunch at Palo's on Monday at 10:30. Why am I thinking that's conflicting with a DIS meeting? :confused3

Kim, the last word I heard was that to do brunch like that as a group, there is a way to "logically" group our itineraries together (i.e. individual families travelling as a group), and then they book the ressie that way, with us all being seated together. However, I'm not 100% convinced this is the only way, so I'm waiting to hear back from the concierge on that. If it is the only way, then that answers the question asked earlier about whether this group brunch would count towards each family's "one brunch at Palo's" limit: it would. The question I would pose, then, is whether those of you planning on this are willing to to foresake the individual brunches you've booked in order to attend the group brunch?

Chris...based on what I've been reading on the May 14th thread, the concierge SHOULD be able to arrange for a DIS group brunch separate from the individual brunches. Many on that thread are getting multiple brunches that way. I hope the concierge can help us out on this one...I've heard they can pretty much work miracles (ie. getting another poster on another thread into an excursion they wanted that had been booked for a month and is showing full on the website!). Like you said before, with the money that you pay in concierge, the sky should be the limit! Also...we only have a party of 8, don't we? I know that one room can book online for a party of 6 under one reservation number, so asking for a party of 8 under one number shouldn't be asking too much, right? It's not like it's a party of 50! Let us know what they say!

Oh, no! Chris, I haven't offered my RSVP to the group brunch. Gees! I need to get away from work and go cruisin' quickly. My head has been stuck in the piles of work too long.

Please forgive my tardiness! May I submit my RSVP now? Please?!

Hi everyone!! This physical therapy thing is drainin and very tiring. I took a 2 hour nap this afternoon, luckily Brandon still likes to nap!!! I'm so tired and achy, looking forward to this trip, since it means 2 weeks of no physical therapy!!!

It made it so easy to get through work today knowing that its ONLY 2 MORE months. I am at the point where I am marking off in highlighter any minutes away from my job to make it seem faster!LOL!

Chris-I would like to put in my request for a Pina Colada.

It is kind of nice that we hit the 90 mark-I am very much a cross of the list kind of person so I am very happy that this is accomplished!

Happy Mom's Day to all those Mother's out there. :grouphug: As Junibell said we have got all our Palo ressie's and the kids are all registered for the club and lab. The last time my ds wore a suit I had to bribe him, don't know what we'll do this time-maybe a little pixie dust would do the trick? :wizard: Is anybody from these boards going to be at DL before the cruise? We're going July 5-9. Patty
Yea we made it to 90!!

Patty - My son, Dylan, and I will also be in DL July 5-9. We are staying at Paradise Pier -- how about you?

Well you all will be happy to know that the saga of the bar is over -- although we made it to 90 pages before the bar was done!! It is now complete and worth the wait!!! I will never move!!

Take care.

Sheryl :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

We'll be at DL GC Concierge July 2 - 5 and DL Hotel the night of July 8th. We'll be down in San Diego in between the 5 - 8 at the Hotel del Coronado, so you San Diego residents can stop by and see us there!!!!

Page 91 now... How long to 100??? I'm guessing we'll get to 100 sometime next week!

DD and I will be at DL July 6-8. I've only been once and she's never been, so we're really looking forward to it! Already got our PS for Blue Bayou and Wine Country Trattoria!

We'll be at Grand Californian 7/6-9. I want to get ressies for the Fantasmic Buffet in about another month -- I think you have to call 30 days before.

Had to change our return flight home from LA on 7/16 to Tampa. We were supposed to leave at 2PM that day, but now have to wait until 11PM -- the red eye! Oh, well.... at least we're still First Class. And we're going to rent a car for our entire stay, so we'll be able to take the girls to Rodeo Drive on Sat. 7/16 -- not that we'll be able to afford anything, but the girls want to go there.

Does anyone know how much the per day parking is at San Pedro port?

Thanks,
Val

Hi all! I pop in to see your thread every once in awhile. I just wanted SusanB and her DD to have the best time at DL so make sure when you see the 50th fireworks to sit right in front of the castle in the street. You'll have to get a spot 2hrs at least before it starts at 9:30, but it is well worth the wait! It's also about 15-20 minutes long! It's better than Fantasmic! All of you have a great time on your cruise. I'm so excited we are only 32 more days away for ours!

We are staying at the Carousel Inn, on Harbor Blvd. across the st. from DL and DCA turnstiles. We will also have a 16 year old named Sass with our family to help with the kids. She's a friend's daughter and should be a huge help. She'll be with us at DL but not on the cruise. Maybe she can meet up with Susan B.'s dd. I promised her some fun time in the park (i.e.not with my kids). Should we try to arrange a casual meet for the families going to DL before the cruise? I'm sure DL and DCA will be full of crowds those days. Maybe a get together at one of the hotels? I also found out that Space Mtn. is having it's grand reopening on July 15th. Not sure if it's worth a visit when the cruise is back-we weren't planning on going to DL after, but we do have a whole day free. :earsboy: :earsgirl: My daughter wants to add some smilies:  princess:

So we get to the 90 page goal and then everyone disappears? :p

We will be at DL on July 8th only. Staying at the HoJo that night, eating at Mimi's Cafe in the morning, and then off to the port.

Where is everyone going to eat lunch when you board? I think we will eat at Parrot Cay. I like that atmosphere better than Topsiders. I think we will leave our house around 10:30 AM. That will get us there between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM (just in time for lunch). Thankfully there won't be any ressie rush so we can just relax. Last time, I ate and ran.
