I'm still scared of DVC!!!!! But, you convinced me to at least look into it
Your advice for the BTG is Awesome!!!!!!!!! And that I definately will try out as always thanks for your wonderful feedback, I always learn alot from your posts!

There is nothing to be scared of with DVC. Do your research and find someone with references. I have been renting for about 4 years now and have NEVER had an issue. I once rented to a lawyer in LA. I asked if he wanted a contract and his response was along the lines of: If someone wanted to steal money from people, there are much easier ways than a DVC rental. He didn't ask for a contract and honestly I have only done 1 ever...

I will probably look into it out of curiosity... I know this year when I used a TA I had anxiety about losing money with her. I have issues I guess... But no harm in doing some research. Thanks for sharing your experience.
