July 30, 2010 Mickey's Adventures England to Espana Cruise

I was able to book the excursions we wanted. Beaches of Normandy and Transportation only to Santiago. Reserved Palo for Brunch on Sunday. Had a choice on days, but not times, 11:00 a.m. was the time. I did not see the High Tea as a selection under Palo. Not sure if I was looking in the correct place or it is booked solid. More important to us to book brunch this trip.

Time to call it a night at 12:20 am. Hope everyone else is able to book their favorites.

Got me some reservations!

Camping delayed until this morning (it is 5:45am here in the UK)

Got Palo brunch for Friday at 10:30, wanted Sunday but no slots available when I logged in a 5:02am as the wireless router was playing up. I will try to switch to Sunday when I board.

Got Palo dinner in the slot I wanted, Thursday at 8:30pm

Booked Olivias allocation of Flounder hours.

Booked Exotic Rasul for Friday afternoon.

Palo High Tea was greyed out on the Palo dining selection list so I guess all the advance reservations have gone for that. I know it has had mixed reviews but I will try for a reservation for that when we board too.

Overall i am pleased to have the reservations i have and although I would like to switch my brunch at least we can go even if we can't swap when we board.

Got zero sleep as I slept downstairs on the sofa bed so as not to wake DH getting up at 4:45am and our house rabbits kept me awake all night with various noises - typically they are silent now!

Was going to catch a bit more sleep but I think I will start getting the car ready to go off on the camping trip so when the rest of the family are up we can leave!

I did eventually get back on after trying solid for 40 minutes and was relieved to find my original Palo bookings were still there ....

I did book Palo brunch for day Sunday but then I saw there was no Palo high tea on Friday ...so a quick swap and managed to get a high tea slot for day Sunday 3pm instead (only a couple of slots showing), and the brunch on the Friday for 11.30am (there seemed to be lots of availability for that day which makes me wonder if we all get shown a random selection of availabilities & times ! ?!)
We are only a table of 2, so I'm sure that helps us with availability.

When I managed to get back on the system, I also got Palo dinner (massive choice for each day) for Tuesday night for 7.30pm.

I'm back to bed now too for a couple of hours !

I logged in early this morning (but not early enough obviously) and couldn't get Palo for Bunch Dinner was available but we like to have dinner with our DD.

Vigo will either be a beach day for us or a stay on the ship & chill day!

Gibralter is a do it yourself port, that being said I am taking a tour, I am debating about Lisbon but waiting for my Rick Steves City guide to arrive!

Seville we are doing the full tour (If we go still wondering about 2 hour bus ride?)

Yeah, we just booked excursion and Palo!

Bayeux, La Toja & Cellar, Seville on our own, Rock on our own and dinner at Palos on the last night.

No problems booking anything - Rock on our own in the afternoon was grayed out (only morning was available) and only dinner at Palo was available (no brunch or high tea).

Now I just have to fill out my forms!

Glad to hear all were able to get the excursions they wanted and the Palo ressies. I never did let you know what I booked so here they are:

Cadiz - Bike Adventure at La Brena
Gilbraltar - Flamenco an deTapas in the morning
Rock in the afternoon
In London I have tickets to see Wicked and a tour of the city booked. It should be hectic but fun! And I have a friend I went to elementary school with who lives just outside of London and he is coming in one night for Dinner. Should be fun.

Hello all,

Back from my camping trip. We had a great time with our friends but it would have been better if it had rained a lot less!

Let's just say although we may be converted to being weekend away with friends campers we are seriously looking forward to eight nights of cruising with all the nice food, entertainment, pools, spa etc... it seems even more luxurious after a weekend in a tent!

I think quite a lot of people booked this as a slightly cheaoer alternative to the Med cruises and then when the cat 12s came online for some of the Med cruises there were quite a few who "jumped ship" and switched cruises.

Hello Everyone

I am back now as busy at the weekend that we went away to north Aberdeen for my brother's wedding... Olivia was flowergirl and the wedding was smashing... raining in the morning but in the afternoon it was drying... went to park and got some photos...

will show you photos later...

also back home and we had the new kitchen turn out lovely...

still busy with things for kitchen and phone/fax and computers was down and back on tonight...

Received the lanyards but problems with another things wrong sizes for disney card...

will sort it out this week...

so I have not book palo or excursions so need catch up this week or speak with in law what they want ...

I need catch up with our cruise too...

I have hen party on 11 June, then wedding on 10 July then this cruise

I had stupid dream that I forgot bring lanyards and I went back and take it then forgot print out things for pocket ... oh dear I hope that will not happen lol...

I wonder why I get strange dream lol
