Now to explain - I had meetings with people last week who were interested in getting a puppy from me as were going to breed Floss. Well she started her season and we've spent the last 2 nights with her on her 'hot date'

She got on lovely with Dexy (her boyfriend) however he had some technical problems - not through want of trying - we tried another stud but Floss would not have anyof it at this time she was in love with Dexy.

Sadly this means we wont have the pitter patter of tiny paws - I am truley gutted - as I am unable to have children this was my way of bringing new life into this world.

oh well I've got to go to work

Thanks for your good wishes. It's like waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Too bad about the dogs. Maybe she'll get over Dexy and next time she'll get along fine with another dog. How long do you have to wait to try again?? Gee, dogs are as complicated as humans

Helen, I am so sorry that things did not work out for you with the dogs. When we had Dalmations we had both the male and female in our house. In fact we knew exactly which male we wanted to breed with our female and he was going to be sold so we got him just because we wanted to breed the two. When the time came he was just like Dexy. We had to take him to the vet and he got a shot of some sort. Well, it worked and we had twelve Dalmation puppies! I told our vet I hoped Garry never got one of those shots! !

MaryAnn, here is lots of for you and Tom. These certainly are times of uncertainty right now so I can understand how you feel.

I would really like to wish and dream that we could all be on a cruise together again, but the memories we have of last summer are more than most people ever see and the friendships are just the best of it all.

Dave completed his first half marathon today so we are nursin his blisters I'm waiting for tomorrows announcement - will that be 5.30pm here. Just hoping its not a repeat of the 2007 itin.

Dave is away at the moment but I'm considering the 7th Aug 11 night med cruise. - its the only one thats really feasible with my school hols.

It also means i'll be on the magic for my birthday.

The UK- Barcelona has no sea days and its nearly the same price.

I really enjoyed Tunisia when I went in feb with my mam and tunis the capital is supposed to be really intersting.

I can't remember now - did anyof you guys book a private tour guide when you went to Rome / Florence?

If you guys come over for the baltic cruise we could have a weekend meet in London? (I'm, still at school or else I would join you )

What do you think?

I am tempted by THREE of them - the last Baltic, the repo from Dover to Barcelona, and the first Med . . . what to do?????? I wasn't tempted by another Med until I saw the new ports and they look really cool. I have to think carefully about the prices and the ports and decide before next Tuesday . . .

What an exciting day!

July 18 looks like the one we would like to do. How many can get together for that date?

Helen, can't we have an early dismissal for school? . I really was hoping the dates would work out for you and Dave and Keith and Lynn to all come too!

Jan and Howie want to do the 12 night cruise as well and I think July 18 will work for them.

I just talked to my friend from DCL today about our upcoming cruise and she told me PJ just came back on the Magic. I don't know if you remember him from Palo, but he has been in charge of Palo for many of our cruises and I am so happy he is back. He just returned Saturday and he always spoils us as he does everyone! I just can't wait to get back on that ship! !
