Keep it, don't keep it. I'm so confused:confused3

I think the biggest question with our Disney design is whether it is considered to be used in a "commercial" form. While we certainly are not selling for profit, we are distributing it. And Disney attorneys won't care what qty we are doing. It's still a copyright infringement in their eyes. However, I do agree that in this instance DCL officials most likely will not care.

If you are worried about it this new design should totally eliminate the possibility of being barred from distributing or wearing. I'm flexible. Just let me know the final decision so I can prep artwork for the printer.

I thought the disney font was from a free fonts website - was it illegal too? Why would DCL have said that it was ok and then said that castmembers might ask us not to wear?:confused3

Good morning all,

 Well we are at the 75 days mark!

I tried to see if there were any openings for Palo tea at 8am but nothing at Palo was available.

Good luck Andrew for your docs appointment - Hope they manage to sort out your blood pressure.

Take care
x

Hello, thank you for that, yes, saw my local Doctor today, on the NHS (USA:-the free service).

Good news BP is down, still above where it should be, but I have been a good boy, bad news headaches still here.

So could be, BP, or Steroids, as I have to take a small amount, long term, or stress, work, or home.

So I have a private referral to See a Neurologist this Friday, to consider if its one, or a couple, or all the factors.

In addition I have had my eyes tested this afternoon for everything and they as expected are all fine. But the optician said he thinks its the steroids having an effect on the brain, as they check for that and long term use does cause side effects,

The font - called Waltograph -- is distributed freely on the web and there is much discussion about what constitutes a copyrighted letterform when it hits the WWW. The problem comes when you use that particular font to spell out "Disney" or any of the company's other logomarks in a commercial venture. Clear as mud?

I hate headaches....and I have had the same long term terrible headaches it sounds like what you are experiencing. I was in my 20's though when I suffered....in and out of hospitals.....

My blood pressure was so low naturally....90/70 at the time. They put me into a trial study at NIH (National Institute of Health ... a benefit of living close to DC) and they lowered my blood pressure to 60/40 for 6 months with meds. Within 1 week the headache was gone.....did not have one hint of pain during that 6 months.....they had to watch me so closely as I had such low pressure.....then they brought my pressure back to normal by reducing the MEDS....and pretty much I was cured. It seemed like a mircle!! I loved my Neurologist...I tell you all of this because I hope you have as much luck as I did!!

NOW....that we have no airline flights to our MED cruise......I feel that headache coming back.......

I have been trying to work......to take my mind off of my problem so I can figure it out when I am not stressed........

I went out to get the mail today and I hoped there would be a check for $10,000 someone just sent to me out of the goodness of their hearts....:lmao: :lmao:

No such luck.......

The bone loss is not a problem it has been checked regularly, the doctors hadnt warned about the eyes though.

Thanks.

NOPE, its not too late. We are still playing around with the lanyard design. Hopefully, this is the last change. Did you want any badge reels with your lanyards? If so, how many? Also, please vote on the lanyard design, do you prefer A or E or any will be fine?

Hmm - I like A and E.

I also think I would prefer the badge reels.

Thanks again for doing this.

Brian and Kyla
I vote to keep the design I love it and I'm sure the CMs aboard will too, It's all advertising and as long as we aren't trying to make money from it and are giving positive publicity I'm certain they won't have a problem, they are used to seeing groups with door magnets, tee shirts lanyards etc.

Disneylover I hope you get your flights sorted

Andrew Stay well

OMG OMG OMG

My worst nightmare!!

My flights have been cancelled out of JFK>>>>>

On the phone for an hour with Travelocity trying to figure this out......

UGH!! HELP!!

We are flying out of Newark on Friday, July 27th. Non-stop. Coming home on Wed., August 8th (also non-stop) - fare right now is $1,250 with Continental. This is just about what we paid many months ago. There are at least 10 seats available scattered all over (don't remember though what your plans/pre-cruise if any were).

Sorry to hear that - can they just cancel a flight like that? Keep us posted.

I am so sorry to return our discussion to airfare....we discussed this so many months ago.....

If I get off of the ship in the 8th and have a 12:55pm flight, will I be able to make that flight?

Those of you going home onthe 8th, what time is your flight?
