I can't take the heat too well either. I would die without my central air!!! When we did the 7 day Western I bought a misty-mate which is a plastic bottle with a fabric cover that you fill with water. Then you pump it like a bicycle pump and water comes out of a long tube and sprays you. We carried it on our excursion to the Mayan ruins which was really hot and it helped alot. You can fill it with ice and by the time you need it, the water will be melted. Here is the link to the site:

We have been moving a lot slower on this one than the 'other' repo thread, their pirates are at the thousands, the 59,000 pirate went last night.


If you want we can say.

Hundred's ie 100/200/300/400 (like yours) etc, are Pirates, the thousands and 500's if we get to them again will be 'PIRATE CAPTAINS' not sure who has got them before but you are now a

Its something thats running on the 2008 E/bound repo thread, that moves very fast, so if someone posts and their post is numbered an exact thousand yesterday they had post, 59,000 that person is a pirate, teres a battle between the ladies and gents who gets the most pirates.

Lynn asked if she could get a pirate post for 2400, as we move slower I suggested the big PIRATES are dissers posting at 500 or 1,000, but if you get a post with a hundred you can be an honerary

Hey Helen, I finally found a way to get Keith a little bit excited I gave him the website to track the cruise ships, he loves stuff like that and now every night when I get home from work I get a position update!!!
I feel he's actually getting excited about our next cruise.

Thats great.

Last year Dave insisted we have a 4 week disney amnesty - ie not mentioning anything disney, cruise or disboards related. As he said my excitement was getting a bit out of hand !

Its not happening this year -it nearly killed me- but I got through it thanks to my dis friends

Hello all

Just thought I'd drop in and introduce myself. I'll be on the cruise along with 5 other family members.

Though new to DISboards, this will be my 4th or 5th cruise (ok, so I'm not known for my good memory).

High point on this one so far was a stunning an miraculous transition from a category 11 stateroom (reserved over a year ago on the first day reservations were open), to a mysterious category 12 at a savings of about $5900 for 2 cabins. I'm still in shock. Can't wait to see what we get.

Would be glad to sign up for lanyards, but it seems the board won't let me Email Kyla because of a low post count - so hopefully someone might drop her a note? (or she'll spot this post...)
