I noticed that DCL now includes jeans as acceptable attire for cruise casual. I think that my teenage sons look much better in long plaid shorts and a polo shirt than they do in jeans and a polo - what attire has everyone seen in the past for teenage boys? Of course my DD is excited about new "cruise casual" clothing - we just need to put on an addition to the house to give her a bigger closet.:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Wow, thanks. I feel so unworthy to receive such a honor. By the way, what is a major pirate?

party: :jumping1: :rainbow: CONGRATS!

Whenever your post ends in "000" or "500" you've hit a major pirate.....most of those who hit "the big ones," have a Captain name...........so since you surprised everyone, I suggested "Captain Surprise!" You may have a better name.....just let everyone know and Andrew will add it to the list! You can also add it to your signature!

Hope all that helps!:thumbsup2

OH - I forgot about adding it to the sig. I wonder if I can add it even though I have 3 pictures already. I'm gonna try it.

Ok I took your advice and added my new title ( :lmao: :rotfl2: ) into my siggie line. Lisa - make sure you add yours to your sig line. :thumbsup2

Helen and Izzy have inspired me... here is my first draft...

Great job Sallie :goodvibes

Helen, I didn't have a chance earlier to say how much I enjoyed your door decoration!

Wow - what a great job! I like both designs, but I might have to ... um ... borrow your flag idea. I really like it. :)

Please refresh my memory. How many days are these good for? Are they unlimited each day?

Thank you MaryJO:flower3:
You are more than welcome to borrow the flags idea;)

Metrotickets -you can buy as many days as you need - 2, 3, 4 days and it is unlimited travel on the metro but aslo the 'normal tmb bus' -not the tourist bus!

I found out today that my DD20 "borrowed" her sister's passport and that's why it wasn't in my desk..............:sad2:

Its very early in the morning here, and when I was reading this I was rubbing my eyes and thinking why would she borrow her passport.

Then it hit me DD20!!! and your in USA

tut tut :rolleyes1

thank you! I knew that there was something going on about pirate's, but I did not know what!

Wow, and in a big way, or is that 'major' way... Congratulations!

I like "Captain Surprise". I think I will use that.

I think that in the heat jeans will be way to hot for comfortable wearing

Hi Andrew and Helen

Cruise 18th July for 10 days

Have you heard about it:

I copy it and show you :

(Schedule Change? (Villefranche and Marseille switched)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just noticed a schedule change when I logged into my cruise reservation. It now shows Villefranche on Day 8 (July 25) and Marseille on Day 9 (July 26). Originally (including yesterday) it showed Marseille on Day 8 (July 25) and Villefranche on Day 9 (July 26). It appears these two port days have been switched.

Given I had a private tour scheduled in Villefranche this will need to be rescheduled. I am wondering why I have not heard anything from Disney about this?

I thought I should warn anyone else who has a private or non-Disney excursion planned in one of these two ports.)

I cannot believe that they changed it without let us know. What about private car?

What about Evening Casino and what about pirate??:confused3

We're currently showing no change. Villefranche is still showing Day 10 - Monday, Aug 6.

It is so strange for change the date and not let us know?:confused3

I checked my disney and it show the change the plan. I don't know why dcl didn't let us know about it.

I am waiting to receive the cruise document and find out more information there.

My cruise will be 3 weeks today:cool1:

My son, just shy of 1 year spent the evening in flounders while we had dinner with our DD. During the evening we had seen snow white walking around Deck 5. When we came to pick up DS, he was sleeping in a crib with a big red kiss mark on his forehead. The CM told me that snow white had come in to kiss all the babies good night.
That is my favorite moment so far. Looking forward to adding more moments like this on our next cruise!

Read this on another thread (favourite things about dcl) and had to share it!........magic!

THank you, thank you, thank you,
I really appreciate that you found this for me.

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Sandra

You're welcome. Mary Jo did such a great job!

Can we add MJ's packing list to the first page Andrew?
Thanks,

Hi Sallie;

Personally, I will only wear my good jewelry on the ship and will leave it locked up in the cabin safe when in port . . . it's just not worth the risk to me, standing out a bit with valuable jewelry.
