I was reading some forum as one people mentioned that Evening Casino was not very good. She wish to stay on Cruise at evening time to see firework etc.

Oh dear, that make me not sure about Evening Casino now as think put my father in law with my husband to go to Evening Casino as I stay with mil to see show, firework etc. (I cannot remember which one forum when she spoke out about it)

I think it is not fair that DCL have something on while Evening Casino excursion. As I feel 50/50 and feel not know what I want now.

Maybe I wait and hear from another people?

I remember you wrote to dcl about it. Any news?

I did not actually write to them.

We are still going ahead with the casino trip - There are quite a few families going on this thread.

Dave and I have never been to a casino so the whole experience will be new to us. It will also be a good way to see Monte Carlo as we do not have anyother excursions booked from villefranche and are planning to just tour the town itself.

I am disapppointed though about missing the new light show .

As I've stated too many times to count, I am the least creative person, so the thought of making one of these things makes me . The icing on the cake is that I have to find cabin numbers and deliver them. Let's put it this way, I bought a GPS device for my car, because I get lost going around the block. I think I'm going to skip this one.

I hate to be a party pooper - but I feel the same way - I might - just might, if I have time to make a trip to our craft store make a door sign or something.

wow - just got bavck from DL. I was passed over by 4 TRAMS!

I was not a happy camper. Took over 20 minutes to get from Mickey parking structure to DL. Boy was I

But what was scary was the 2 trams that came withing 5 ft of hitting each other. So I complained. Got a pin out of it!

So I got better.

Anyway, I bought me a Mickey Americana Hat at 40% off and DD got me my Evil Queen T-shirt - she said she thought I'd needed it as I was a "Bit Cranky." You think???????? But the t-shirt more than made up for it.

Dreams was canceled due to high winds, but we got to do some last minute pin trading and ride POC. DL has some Disney Dollars that feature the princesses - Ariel, Aurora & Cindy. Guess which one they're out of? Ariel! Oh! And they have POC ships dollars too. Guess which one they're out of? Black Pearl!

But DD20 got Empress and another one and other DD got Cindy and Aurora- so back I go on Tuesday to see if the next batch is in. If anyone wants any - let me know. Ariel is in $1, Aurora is in $5 and Cindy is in $10. The ships, I must confess I have no clue but if anyone is interested - let me know. BOards are about to go down. Later all!

Sounds like you were able to do some good research at DL. I still want to go there, but not sure when. I might go early Saturday so I can check out the island & the line for Nemo (not going to try it until the line goes down). Congrats on the pin, though. That's too funny.

I was debating going on the Casino Evening trip, but this cruise is more about spending time w/the kids, so I'll have to ask you guys how it went.

Good Morning everyone!!!

Today is the first official day of our summer vacation. THe weather is wonderful and the 10 day forecast shows sun and 80 degrees every day I think this is the first summer in a very long time that started off with such nice weather.

Now I will have time to start getting ready for the cruise.

DD13 gets her braces today. We decided to wait until school was out so she wouldn't have to worry about them on her class trip. She's not looking forward to them at all. DS15 will get his off at the end of the summer. He's quite ready for them to be gone.

THen I can get to the fabric store for fabric for the fish extender. It does seem like it might be getting overwhelming with so many people involved but since we have never done it before I'm going to give it a try. DH is getting nervous that with all of the Dis activities we are not going to have time for the cruise.

Well, I'm off to start the day.

Oh Tom - you HAVE to print out a picture of that and bring it for a signature. That's was so hilarious! I am frantically trying to find my pictures of that cruise as my DH has posted them on 4 different computers. (Like I'm supposed to find them that way?) And this after I asked for one centralized location so that I wouldn't have to bug him every single time.
