Well, I'm finally caught up. It's been a busy day. ANd nothing I've done today is for the cruise. But the kids are both away tonight so DH and I are going out to dinner. Seafood on the terrace over the ocean in Scituate Harbor, MA HEAVEN.
I'd like to say tomorrow I'll get cruise stuff done but tomorrow is booked solid as well and so is Wednesday. I will be quite nervous by Thursday as we leave one week from Thursday.

Someone mentioned throwing things in a corner that need to go on the cruise filling a suitcase without any clothes well that's us too. I think Target has the suitcase scales. They had quite a selection of travel items.

Brian, DH will also be wearing his tux at Palo. If we are going to take it with us it seemed like a good idea. Also he knows if he wears a tux I'll get dressed up too and that always makes him happy.

Welcome to all the new Dissers. It's so awesome that new people are still coming on board.

Has anyone kept a list of when people are leaving? It might be helpful as people start to disappear from the Boards. Just Curious.

My brother-in-law will be flying out on a Delta flight at 5:20 pm. He is flying solo as my sister will be joining us for a fewdays in London. He is originally from Connellsville, which is about 45 minutes from P'burg. If you ahppen to be on the same flight I amsure he would enjoy the company, esp fellow Steelers.

My brother and his family are flying on Air France at 8:45pm. There will be four of them.

Just a quick reminder for Fish Extender participants, if you have a preference for a gift delivery day please let me know. I'll be posting a list of all participants and their scheduled day on Friday. If you don't want to be tied to a day you can let me know. As long as we have one assigned delivery for each day of the cruise then the rest can be unscheduled.

It's not too late to join in. I'll close it on Friday as that seems to be when the first people are leaving and it will be difficult to make changes once people are off the boards.

I'm taking an informal poll...

Are there others out there like me who define cruising as staying aboard the ship, relaxing, eating, napping, relaxing, more napping, etc. rather than getting off at every port for 12hrs and then needing an additional week off when you return home to rest from your "vacation"?

This DH (Jeff) is only going ashore on 4 excursions...

The rest of the time will be savoring some very relaxing moments on board my favorite ship!

This will actually be the 1st cruise where I have done an excursion!

Although saying that I am only doing 4 excursions and Dh is doing 5. We only have 1 full day excursion.

I have back problems so its important for me not to overdo it -so to speak.

Yes, JFK on July 26 at 5:40 PM . . . Aer Lingus to Dublin then on to Barcelona, getting in around 10 AM on the 27th.
