Hi,
I just found this site and chat area.
Is everyone here going on the 7-28 Med cruise?
We have a 5 year old son? Any potential friends for him out there. Our first DC was the 2005 Inaugural Mexican Riviera cruise. Our son made 2 friends immediately, and what a difference it made. On our last cruise, 3-11-06 West Caribbean, he didn't seem to connect with anyone like the first cruise.
I have a question, almost afraid to ask..... What is a 'fish extender'?

It seems like every time I step away from the computer---sometimes it can be a day or two---but not this time--we make a new friend! Welcome to another friend and glad you will be with us! . You must have been one Western Caribbean cruise ahead of us last year, but we can make up for that this time. Sorry we don't have any little people in our group, just me and dh. I guess by now someone has explained the fish extender.

Yes, Andy is not going although he still posts; Lisa may or may not be going, but I know for sure she is not participating on the thread; others have canceled the cruise as well. A lot of hard feelings and honestly I'm not sure what is behind all of it -- Andrew seemed to know a lot more but I'd rather not, honestly.

I took a quick look, and my impression is that much of the stuff went on during chats rather than on the board itself. I figure that either things will have eased up, or there will be a new thread long before I start doing more than occasionally reading a post. It's SO far away....

To all the newbies- My name is Sallie- This is such a great thread- I even got to meet the Pope because of it!!!!! So- stick around- great things will happen to you too!!!! Cant wait to meet all of you!!

Well, I just got back from a private audience with the pope!!!!! I wanted to explain my hot flashes and my deep concern about the high temperatures in Rome. I asked for special dispensation concerning the use of his beautiful fountains. He was very sympathetic and quite friendly. He couldn't believe how red my face got and the amount of steam pouring through my clothing during one of my flashes. Sooooooo... He granted me a special dispensation- and I now I CAN-COOL OFF IN THE FOUNTAINS WITHOUT GETTING ARRESTED!!!!!!
And guess what?????? He loved my propellor hat so much that he sent his pope shopper out to get him and his whole entourage one !!!!
Wait.. Im not done..... the best part was when he asked if I would like to go for a ride in his POPE mobile!!!!!!!! I thought I would faint!!! I quickly said 10 Hail Mary's, 5 Our Fathers and a quick Glory be!!!!!!
I didn't think any of you would believe me... so here is a picture me and my Pope !!!!!!! What a great guy!!!!!
