Hi Kidcoos and MrsG

We are from NW England, between Liverpool and Manchester.
Still can't believe what a popular board this is.
I've seen one of the Navigators which triggered my question on the Tux's but wasn't certain if it was 'official' or not, it would certainly make packing easier if we could lose one suit.
Is it worth posting somewhere else on the board or will the answer find us anyway?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmm..................more Brits...............I swear, we'll all have a British accent (like Madonna) before this is over..............:lmao: :goodvibes ;) :rotfl: :hippie:   :rotfl2: :thumbsup2 :scared1:

OK, Maryann, that was almost too easy - I ordered shirts for all 5 of us - went ahead and upgraded shipping, we're leaving a week from Monday. I'm sure my family will think they are dorky - but that is my job, right, to embarrass them!! If nothing else, they can be worn with a bathing suit as a tshirt.
Thank you so much for making that painless for me!!
I did purchase my gift bag items today - even got a cute Montana gift bag (tee hee hee).

I'm gonna check them out. I'm winging it in Barcelona. I keep hearing that taxis are reasonable and plentiful. We get in at 11:05 am. But, I'd like to have something organized for Paris. Did you get a recommendation on this company? Or find them yourself?
I'm planning on embarassing my family as well with the Tshirts..................;) Can't wait until they arrive........thx to all who helped with this project:woohoo: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not much yet, but we've set one up...

Yes, welcome, welcome. I'm taking my tux. I don't care if it's just for one night. It's the whimsical of it that appeals to me.

GOOD NEWS!
DCL docs are in hand. Now, off to Target for something else the DW wants for the trip. Our checkbook has been bleeding for the past month.
Yea - I love blogs - I'm not doing one - but I'm a junkie for reading them!!

Whoa - tons of Brits on this cruise!! (Is Brits the correct term?)

Don't feel bad. We are not doing fish extenders either. I would do the t-shirts but I am totally clueless as to what everyone is doing when ordering them. Are they ordering just plain t-shirts? Is the iron-on transfer thing coming from somewhere?:confused3 :confused3 I am so confused, so unless someone wants to order them for me (and I can pay them), I will not be doing this.

I want to bring as less as possible. I overstuffed my luggage for WDW.

I just mailed a package to Italy which weighed 11.4 lbs - it cost me $59.10 because I did not want that extra weight in my luggage.

Well, I'm fine about the fish extenders - I'm not sure I'll want to track down other rooms. I'll do that next time.

The t-shirts truly took about 5 minutes to do:
http://www.cafepress.com/cp/customize/
http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=19640021&postcount=12828 - click on Dan's links and then save them to your computer as a picture.
When you go onto cafepress, choose the shirts you want - I did 3 mens, a woman's vneck for me and a junior for DD. It tells you to browse your computer for the picture (there is a link to the browse area): http://www.cafepress.com/cp/customize/designer.aspx
Choose large front picture or small pocket - I did the rome-ancing the mouse picture as a small pocket - I know someone else did it as a large front picture. Then you choose the back picture - I did the tags. It lets you preview - voila! It's easier than these directions even make it.
You should try it - the prices are very reasonable - although, like formerCper, my checkbook/credit cards are bleeding!!

Hi- 3 main ways of getting to DLRP.
1 (easiest) -take the VEA Navettes shuttle- look for the Mickey Mouse signs outside the terminals. Pros- frequent, drop you off at disney hotelo. Cons - may be full & have to wait for next one (although they send extra buses at times). Fairly expensive €16 each way- Can take time in peak traffic- usually 45/60 mins on a good day.
2 TGV from CDG to Marne la Vallee. Pros- only 9 mins journey! Similar price to VEA bus. Cons- may need to book in advance. Need to get to hotel from station although station is right next to the park entrances & Disneyland Hotel.
3. Take RER into Paris & then out again to DLRP. Pros- None much Cons. Have to change trains, time approx 60/75 mins.

Have been to DLRP 10 times- if anyone needs any info, please ask.

P.S. DOCS HAVE ARRIVED TODAY!!!:yay:

Thanks to everyone for all the Paris transfer info. I take it the TGV is a train system. Does anyone know if they have a website?

At DLP do they have a key to the world charge system if we are staying at a Disney hotel?

We'll all end up with some sort of hybrid accent - part British, part New York/East Coast, and part California - then on the last night we will all do Karaoke together and the sound will cause all the lights in Studio Sea to explode in a thundering protest.

Documents are here!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

We saw Ratatouille tonight. It was a lot of fun and a good story.

Has anyone heard from MaryJO about Nick's passport. I've been thinking about it all day adn praying it will all work out for them. No one needs that much added stress before a trip.

I'm disappointed about the semi formal nights being cancelled. DH and I were looking forward to dressing up. WE don't get to very often and really enjoy it. WE may just dress up anyway and hope our tablemates don't mind. (Sorry Harole Ann and Garry).

Anyway DD is ready for bed and already thinks I spend too much time on the DisBoards so I have to run.

Good Night everyone.

Sandra

PS. I'll let you know how the Tshirts come out on black.

Welcome to our new Brit travel mates.

Brian, I emailed the Fish extender directions. I'll send them again tomorrow morning. they are also posted as of last Sunday, I think.

I just wanted to give Maryanne a big thanks again for helping out w/ordering t-shirts. Order is in.

Very nice talking to you and looking forward to meeting you and everyone here.

Sandra has reminded me that we haven't heard from MJ today................how's things???????????????:confused3

How much do the Tshirts cost when ordered on line? I was going to make them myself but with so much going on it seems like it might be a lot easier to just order them.

Lets's see, born in Maryland, lived in Virginia, Chicago suburbs, Indianapolis, Northern CA and now, Montana - it's hard enough to remember whether to say pop or soda - can't tell you what kind of accent I have :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I got 5 of them for about $90 - but I paid for faster shipping and got more expensive ones for DD and myself (we're worth it :rotfl: ) So, I thought it was definitely worth it!! Really easy to do - glad that Mary Ann "talked me into it"
