I could not find any Starbucks at our other ports. However, I am looking forward to the local coffee shops etc!!!

We shouldn't need Starbucks in Italy the home of all things coffee, however be warned if you ask for a Latte you'll get a glass of Milk!!!!

I have this Starbucks additiction as well (Venti Americano with room). Everytime I go with My oldest DD we look at the ceramics cups they sell that look just like the paper cups you get and we think.... Hmmm we should get those to put our coffee on in the ship, and then, when we walk around the ship with them people from all around will come running up to us, short of breath, flushed with excitement, with face splitting smiles and say: "Where did you get that?!!! I didn't know they had Starbucks on the ship!!!

Depending on the weight of my suitecase - could still happen....

Could not agree with you more... even if I have starbucks product at home it just isn't the same.

You need to go in for the experience.

My mom and I had Fat Free Lemon Angel Foodcake cupcakes at Starbucks in the Trump Tower in NYC and I think it changed my life.

A tall iced coffee with a splash of milk and 3 splendas has the power to put me in a good mood I blame myself for making my mother an addict as well. You all better hope we find a starbucks before we board the ship or there could be trouble.

Who's getting super excited!!!! It's the home stretch everyone!!!!

Just got back from the thai restaurant -at the end of the meal this was the fortune in the cookie,

"You are going to have a very pleasant and successful journey soon"

Everyone looked at me and laughed ( they know I've been hyper @ school about this trip)

My two younger daughters are completely dressed as students at Hogwarts (quite elaborate and yes I am taking pictures) and we are heading out soon to get our wristbands for the party/midnight book sale for the last Harry Potter book . . .

Have a super time!!! It's been all over the news today, people waiting in line for their wristbands, jugglers and magicians occupying the crowds. Will you be over at Scholastic? That seems to be the main hubbub. Don't forget to post pics!

My book comes tomorrow. I'm afraid I'll never be done packing. I talked DH into giving away his Yankee tickets so we can pack, do last min things, etc. He will NOT take kindly to my nose being buried in a book! I'll have to sneak it into the bathroom. But not 750 pages worth! He'll catch on!!!!

Ditto for my DH - I'll be pretty excited if he wears the DIS shirt - I think he will though - he's a good sport!
Well, I ordered 2 new pairs of shorts from Eddie Bauer on 7/9 and they still aren't here yet - when they have free shipping I think they fly it to China first and then send it to you - tomorrow's the last day they can come! I'm not a happy camper!!

I paid for shipping three different times. I ordered first dh zip-off pants, then one of my sons and just last week my other son. This last one arrived on Wed. Shipping was actually fast about a week - perhaps you are right, yours was free and went to China/around the world. I hope you get them.

No one has to tell me that dogs are not smart, but is anyone else having a problem with their pet having withdrawal symptoms already? Princess Jasmine knows something is up! She will not let us out of her sight. If dh goes downstairs and sits down at his desk, she climbs up his leg like a cat to sit in his lap. If I come downstairs to iron clothes, she follows me upstairs, and bites at me all the way up the stairs. She is like an animal possessed! I don't know what I will do with her between now and Wednesday when she goes to my friend's house! Oh, my I hope she is still my friend when we return!

The dogs are cool with it at this point. But the cat knows something is up. He is more than normal cuddly.
