I'm so addicted. I didn't catch the first season until they did a rerun midseason during Christmas. Since then I have been hooked. Last night was crazy. A flash forward. Who was in the coffin? How can Christian Shepphard be alive? Who's on the other end of the phone? Who is Kate going home to? Why does Jack want to go back to the island? Walt! Why didn't Charlie just join Desmond and escape that way? Why didn't Charlie swim through the porthole? Why doesn't that russian guy ever die? Is there a parallel universe/alternate reality? Why did Ben take Alex back to her mother? Why was the episode called "Through the Looking Glass"?

Dave loves 24 - I watched half of the first series and thought it was way too stressfull!

I'm excited because the 3rd Season of Greys Anatomy is starting tonight!
( I Know you lot will have seen it already but I love it)

Ok, will update the thread post.

The badge reel is really not needed. Its just more convenient to have it you don't want to be wearing the lanyard (say on formal nite) you can un attach the reel from the lanyard the just clip the reel to your purse, belt, whatever.

Sallie - I know what you mean about LOST. We hadn't watched any of it until January or Feb. Gerry's daughter had it and waid we'd love it. She was right. We watched the 1st season in about 2 weeks and then rented and watched the 2nd season and started watching the 3rd season on Pod casts so now we are caught up. What's really difficult is getting used to commercials and not being able to just watch the next show to see how the cliff hanger will be resolved. Anyway it is a great show. So if you get the chance give it a try. The ABC website has a "catch-up" kind of episode to help you keep everything straight.

I think tv shows like Lost and 24 need to be seen on DVD. Its just to stressful waiting another week. I started getting the DVDs and watching and I can take in alot more that way. I tend to forget what happened in the last episode and its so important to remember on shows like this. However, the downfall with the DVDs is that I can't stop watching. Each episode is a cliff-hanger and I have to seen what happened next. This summer I will be catching up on 24 Season 4.

We did the same thing with 24. Starting watching Season 1 on DVD last summer - spent the summer, Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks getting caught up. Now it kills us to have to watch 1 episode at a time - we do TIVO it so commercials aren't as much of a problem. I'm not enjoying it as much this season - not sure if that's because it's not as good or because watching 1 episode at a time is our own private torture! We've tried saving an episode to do a back to back - but it just doesn't seem to move as quickly as the first several seasons.

I do TIVO too, so I never see the commercials, I just zip through them.
I love 24, trying to catchup on Season 1-4.

We were visiting my step daughter and her husband and my husband asked if they had 24 because he thought he'd like to catch up and watch that. But they suggested LOST because I would like it too. Well we are both hooked on LOST and now he's going to start with 24. It seems like it would be too stressful for me.

Also with the Red Sox playing almost everynight there really isn't too much time for TV. I seem to be able to keep up with only one show at a time. We were watching DWTS and loved it but could never remember what night it is or when it was on. Now from what I've read on the DIS it's over. We don't have TIVO or anything fancy. Just a little 15" TV. It's supposed to keep us from watching too much TV. I'm not sure it's helping. And now that I'm getting older I can't read the information about the game on the little ticker thing across the top of the TV so I'm always asking what the score is.

Speaking about the RED SOX are there any other Red Sox fans in our group? I know there are a few people from NY so I'm just wondering?

As for the directions I think it seems ok - For those @ the grand Marina hotel you could meet there and travel. If others want to meet @ the 4cats then go on the fountain. I will let you know where @ the fountain we could all meet up if I get a response from my cruise critic question.

Me too , Sally is 14 and abit. We think each day we have with her is a bonus!

Yes, I have an 11year old golden. She has been through so much. kind of worried about her too. She has had two cancer surgeries, both different cancers that we managed to catch early and so the surgery is all that is needed. Plus she got hit by a car. This was all in the last 4 years. So she has been through 4 surgeries. Now she needs a couple of root canals next month or they need to be extracted. since they are major teeth with major roots, we opted for the root canal. She had a full health check last month, and she came through with flying colors. The vet was impressed with her blood workup, said she has a puppy profile.

Lanyard Status 5/22:
Still taking orders and payments.
I have the lanyard design. Once I get people's payments, I place the order.
DCL called and said they can't give permission in writing for our design, but its a case of "don't ask, don't tell", "we never had this conversation", no hassles as long as we are not selling and its for personal use.

ORDER INFORMATION:
Since this is a two color lanyard, the cost will be $2.43 per lanyard
Each lanyard comes with a badge holder which is $0.20 each
So I need a total of $2.63 for each lanyard
Add $1 for each reel. I'm thinking of ordering the black reel to go with the black lanyard. Sound Ok with everyone?????
So the total for a lanyard with reel is $3.63.

Timeline: Would like to get the lanyard order in before June 15th latest. Which means I need everyone's payment prior. Anyone else who wants to order, please post and let me know. Payment info is below.

So, if you are unsure, go ahead and try sending me a payment via paypal and if it kicks back as denied, then you know that you have a premier account and I just denied it. I posted this on the previous page, but in case you haven't seen. Some people were confused on how things attach together. Hopefully, this will clear it up:

Here is the lanyard with the badge holder (except ours will be vertical)

Here is the lanyard with badge reel (except ours will come as two pieces: a lanyard with J hook (as shown in the above pic). Each badge reels has a belt clip in back. The J hook hooks on the belt clip of the badge reel. See the little tab on the badge reel? That will snap onto the top of the badge holder. The badge holder will hold your Key to the World card. The badge reel is not heavy duty. It is a light string and is made to hold the weight of your badge holder.

TIVO is one of those things - you can't understand what the hoopla is about until you have it - it is so awesome - no worrying about setting up the VCR or remembering when a show is on. I wanted to see My Name is Sam (is that it?) and I set up my TIVO for it - it wasn't scheduled at all, didn't even end up coming on tv for about a month, but when it came, it saved it for me - so awesome!!

I was born in Baltimore and my husband was born in Chicago, lived in North ern CA for several years so we are born Orioles and Cubs fans and adopted As fans- don't keep track much any more though. Other than that, we are always fans of whoever the Yankees are playing

red sox is a practically a profanity here in New York for the most part, although we do have a fair share of red fans... since I am a die heart Mets Fan , and totally dislike the Yankees, I do root for the Sox when they play against the Yankees- it drives my husband crazy

We are from Penrith just south of Carlisle, so not too far away from you .
I am flying to Barcelona from Newcastle airport, {on my own} my husband is flying from Tenerife where he will be finishing a holiday with his daughter and grandson .
We are all flying on the 28th, it's very scarry I keep thinking what if someones flight is cancelled or delayed !!!.
My niece and her family are flying from Luton we all arrive at differant times of the day first one at 11.30 last one at 16.15 .

We are also flying the day we sail (I'm alittle nervous!) I'm a "Jo" too....any others??? So far there's been a fair amount of "Lisa"s but only one Helen!
