I had a client wanting to sail July 26, 2003 and tried to book it. It was a family of three, two children ages 9 & 11. The ship has availability, but there is NO availablity for children. The child-counselor ratio is at max. That was the status as of yesterday but inventory changes rapidly with cancellations etc.

Won't be long!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I noticed that you are a travel agent too. Did you book this cruise at a travel agent rate? I did and will not know my stateroom assignment until about 45 days out, which should be around Tuesday or so. Just wondering if you guys were in the same boat. I am guaranteed a cat. 9 but we've never sailed in anything but a verandah. I am still grateful to be going no matter the category.

Yes we are also playing the waiting game! Cat 8 and 9 are sold out, so my fingers are crossed! Last October we had cat 5 and it was so nice, but I'm trying to keep an open mind and be grateful for what they give us! The balcony spoils you!

How old is your son? Josh will be 15 July 7. He loved the teen lounge last year! He isn't home right now, and I don't know his e-mail address, so have your son send him a message to mine and I will pass it on! when you went to blizzard beach was it crowded? if so how long did you have to wait in the lines. we are thinking of going there the saturday the cruise ends. we've never been to a disney water park, but we saw it on the travel channel as being the #2 park in the usa. looked like a blast!

Still no word on stateroom assignment, but DCL has informed me that even if they assign a stateroom and issue docs, they can still change it at the port. That could be a good thing!!

In the corridors on the ship, just look at the carpet to find out which way the back or front of the ship is - the anchor on the carpet is two-colored, the red points towards the back of the ship, the blue towards the front.

I missed your question about blizzard beach. We were last there about 5 years ago. We got there when it opened and the lines were virtually non-existent. I don't remember the lines ever getting that bad.
