I know it's going to be crowded any day of the week, but which day(s) of the week in July seem to be the least crowded?

From my past experience it didn't matter. It could be lighter on Sat because the Deluxe APs are blocked. But I wouldn't know...I'm blocked.

I have noticed that on Weds I see more day camps- two young adult/older teens in charge of 25 8 to 12 year olds. When we see that, we go the other way.

We're down to 3 days to leave and 4 days from setting our feet on the Happiest Place on Earth! Very excited and beginning to pack!!

We leave in 3 days!! lot's of fun before we get to DL though, San Francisco, Carmel and Big Sur, Cambria and the Hearst Castle, getting butterfly's in my stomache now!
not that it matters now, but for the list, we added on a stay at The Disneyland Hotel from the 23rd to the 26th!

Just fyi, this is no longer allowed on the Dis.

I'm heading home from work soon and will be doing laundry, packing, doing nails and henna for the trip! YAY!!!! I'm super excited!!!

We'll be there at the same time - diff hotel tho. I booked a room at DLH; decided to splurge as it'll prob be our only time going to Cali in the foreseeable future.

We leave in 5 days!! I finally get a good look at the weather we can expect, and can I say We live in the chicago area and the last couple of weeks have been with the heat. I'm a southern girl and I thought I was used to the heat; but I may have been that w word about that.

Disney and good weather, what more could a girl ask for?

OMG! Just doing our last minute packing (in secret) and got the "Surprise! We're going to Disneyland!" gift box ready! Tomorrow morning we give them their present at breakfast time and get on our way! Then Monday morning we get to step foot in the Happiest Place on Earth for the very first time! Thanks to everyone for all the planning advice and help in making our trip special!

I'm at that surreal stage (2 weeks and 1 day out!) where I almost can't feel excited anymore. Before it was the kind of excitement you can get from almost "imagining" something great happening (like an extended daydream about winning the lottery or something!) but now it's so close that I almost can't believe it's really happening... like my brain is saying, "OK come on, you can't be excited.. this isn't really happening... just calm down."

I don't know if it's gonna hit me in the days before we leave, on the plane, or not until we are at the gates!
