That does help! But I think the burden on this one should fall on USPS. If you've been tracking it, and it disappeared in their hands... Have you tried calling USPS back and asking for a supervisor?
For whatever reason, it always falls to the originator of the package to instigate the claim. I don't know why; probably to make sure they don't have double claims going on!
18 days! Yesterday, I bought some cheap-o nail polish and it turns out the color is Caribbean Water or something. We're staying at CBR. I guess I know what color to paint my toenails (yes, green!) before I go on vacation!

, wish I could start packing but everything would be a wrinkled mess if I pack this early. 

Anyone else look at these and think "Why are they going to a different park that day than I am?" I'm wayyy to OCD!
