Then she starts talking about eating hamburgers and hot dogs all week. And how she doesn't want to do this. She didn't even know that WDW has restaurants. So, of course she doesn't have any ADR's either.
I really shouldn't get involved. I should just let her do her thing. BUT I CAN"T HELP MYSELF.
So I told her I'll look and see what ADR's are available and write them down and give her the website. Then she mentioned again that she doesn't want to eat HB and HD all week. So I told her I'd look at menus to let her know what QS places have other stuff.
I must be insane. It is really the only answer, beause frankly, I am not a fan of this mother or her child (kid is 3 yrs older than dd and not always nice to her).

Whoo-hoo! Just did my online check-in for July 4th weekend! I know, we're nuts. And it is SO HOT. We're FL people, so we should be used to it, but dang! Hydration and breaks, hydration and breaks...

And on a side note.... all this talk of CP made me really depressedbecause we have eaten there with the kids since they have been going
So I booked an ADR for our last day 8/2 and got the time I wanted 11:45
I know what you mean - we have not done CP in awhile either and I am really getting tempted......we need one more ADR but we were going to wait and wing it when we got there........
DD's crocs ordered, DDP added to res and paid for, photopass pre ordered. Why do I feel more broke than excited?
Are you all going to get paid since you're babysitting?
I would think that, as chief planner and architect of the family vacation, that you would get a reprieve of this. You know, you need to go on every ride to make sure that it's good and that everyone has a good time.
I can't wait to do the Mickey Mail Dance and put those lovely tags on my bags!
I hope it all works out for you Carrie! I understand what you mean about not wanting to be mean, but this is also your family vacation so you shouldn't bend over backwards to get together with this person and her family on your vacation. Also, what kind of TA doesn't tell people they need ADR's???
On my TA front, I emailed her to tell her that if the package wasn't in the mail by the 2nd to send it to my mom's house instead and she replied back that it was sent out to her on MONDAY! So she should be getting it to send out to me either tomorrow or Friday!
). Then you get in the standby line and they hand you the rider pass. Mom stays with baby and everyone rides. When you get off the ride Mom gets to ride with a few extra family members and you use the FP entrance. My DD loves it because she gets to ride twice on everything.
