Hey Emma,

I am loving this report so far...will have to go and check out your previous one.My family also drives to Florida when we go on our Disney trips.We drive straight through from Pa.,and we love it.It is helpful coming home that way too as well, as it gives us a little more time to adjust to the real world when the trip is over as it always seems longer coming home then We are usually just so thankful to be home after such a long road trip. It does make the end of vacation and coming back home a little easier on us I think..at least for the first few hours , anyway.It is easier to do this now that our daughters are both older,and saves us alot of money for better things. My family likes to spend as much time of our vacation as possible in Disney World (we too are very snobbish and don't go to Universal)...but I have to admit you do have me thinking how nice it would be to take a side trip and spend a day or two at Vero Beach.I may look into it!

I see you are about to head off to college. I wish you all the best of luck and I hope you enjoy this time in your life. My oldest daughter will be starting her junior year already..it really does go fast.Thanks for your trip report!

Hi Emma,

I just finished reading your first trip report and you are gifted and talented writer. I feel like I'm there with you and your family.

The picture of the sunset is beautiful. Can't wait to hear more!!!!

And I totally understand about not wanting to give up the straight hair. I have naturally frizzy, ur, curly hair and it takes me about 20-25minutes to dry it and flat iron it. WHEW!!!! It will have to be something good for me to give it up, too. Walt DisneyWorld will do it.

Again, can't wait to hear more.

Vero Beach looks SO nice! I just had to share this funny little tidbit. As I was looking at your pictures with the dolls, my 2 year old DS came over to look as well. He says, "Look! Its Alexis and Krista! (my neices LOL) at the beach!" I couldn't help but laugh and I knew he wouldn't understand that they were dolls on the beach so I just let him go right on thinking he was looking at his cousins at the beach.

That bakery sounds very yummy. My town does not have a good Italian bakery and I so wish it did.

SO. Wild Goose Chase accomplished and treats gobbled, we were ready to load up the car and head. To DISNEY.

You are going to Disney, you have to keep up your strength somehow!!
