I need to get my paint chips! Thought we had some left over from the last cruise but I guess not
I do have my sign made though! Need to make them for my sisters now!

Did we ever figure out a time/place to meet??

I had a bunch of paint chips, but have since misplaced them! I will look this weekend. I'm hearing that Home Depot isn't carrying them anymore. Not sure if that is in my area or not.

I don't know if anybody's interested, but I just cancelled a reservation for 5 for the dolphins in cozumel. Had to go through DD itself to be able to book for 14 people.

OK..........Exactly which green is the "correct" color for the Micky paint chips?? I would hate to have the wrong shade and be tacky.....

Two months from today, we will be at Disney World, awaiting this great adventure!!! I canNOT believe after planning for a year that it is nearly here!!

i'm just a novice on the DIS boards-the paint chip is for name tags, right? I think i need more information for this. Finished most of the shopping today, and need to stop now, so i have some money leftover!! Michelle

Stop N Check is one place I use for shops. They have quite a bit of McDonald's. They reimburse you for 2 meals + $8.50. They also have shops at Home Depot and Bed, Bath and Beyond.

These don't pay a ton of money, but for extra vacation money I'll do it.

Also look to see if there's any place that does cosmetic testing in your area. There's one in Piscataway, NJ that I use. You test eye shadow, hand lotion, etc. I just got a chemical peel (I can't believe people pay for these things) and it pays me $50.

Aunt Francie, who is part of our group of 14 for our cruise survived Cervical cancer a year and a half ago. She is an embolism on her lungs and blood clots in both her legs. She is in the VA hospital in Gainesville, FL. They called for her 3 sisters (one my Mom) to be with her. We knew this cruise might be the last get together (2 sisters in FL, 1 in TX and 1 in NY) for a long time, but we need to get Aunt Francie through this.

They put an umbrella thing over her heart to catch the clots. She ate 3/4 of a turkey sandwich and said she feels better than she had in a month. I think it's the power of prayer, her sisters around her and the doctors.

Oh our thoughts and prayers are with you!! I do believe prayer is powerful indeed! Hopefully she will pull through this, and you all can look forward to a special time together.....

Is doing much better. She's eating and even sitting up and might move to a regular room in a few days. I feel like I have to make her a t-shirt (green of course) to wear on the cruise reading "Aunt Francie".

Ok--this is as much organization I plan on doing on this cruise. I usually wake up early and head out for a walk on the track. I believe Patti is joining me---not sure if she knows it yet. HEEHEE. Anyway, just throwing this out there. A morning walk around the track would be fun. I'm thinking 6:30 or so. If your late, walk the opposite direction of the track and you'll catch up. Anyone is welcome.

I can't believe we are so close. It feels like a world away.

I'm so not a morning person. My husband did the organized deck walking on our last cruise to get a pin. 6:30? On vacation? Wow. I'm in awe. Do you guys use the gym too? Maybe some of that energy will rub off on me.
