:woohoo::dance3::yay:

That's Captain "short week"! pirate:

I'll catch JoAnn yet! (I may not beat her to the port, but I'm going to give her a pirate: run for the money! :thumbsup2)

This is the only time I get to play, right before supper.:woohoo::thumbsup2 Now back to work:eek::eek:

I was getting worried that no one was going to come out and play! :scared1:

Lately it's been tough because most of the pirate:s have been going in the middle of the night (my time).

So I'm glad everyone came out to join the chase! :cheer2:

I can't wait to meet everyone!!!! :grouphug:

Cool! Something else to be watching for in the mail! :cool1: Did it have any good info?

Nope. It just had the Grand Gathering info and conf. # and paid in full info. It was from the WD Travel Company in a cool letter sized envelope with Cinderella's castle on it.

I was busy confirming a dentist appointment and you folks came out of the woodwork!

Congrats on the pirate:!

I should really be cleaning out my closet, I have a donation truck scheduled for a pick-up this week. This is more fun! The kids will be home in about 10 minutes anyway, then the running starts. DD12 has dance tonight.

Question: anyone want to come over for dinner tonight?:confused3:confused3:confused3:confused3

I can't find my 17 yr. old since school is over (no, i haven't started looking for him:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:), my 22 yr. old is working, and my DH is working at a high school directing a summer show....and I made a HUGE spaghetti pie:scared1::scared1::scared1: JoAnn #2: it has cheese on top!:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Hey - in three weeks, I'll be on vacation and back in the land of plenty!!!! :thumbsup2

I just have to get through pack-out and all the good-bye parties first...:sad1:

DD7 has decided to have her first sleep-over party on Friday night. I tried to set the limit of having sleep overs here at age 8, but she soooo wanted to invite all her little friends that I caved. So now I've got to figure out how to keep 7 7-year-olds occupied so that they are so tired by 10pm they just conk out....:upsidedow

DD5 is too young for a sleep over party, so the next night - yes I enjoy inflicting pain on myself - she is having a "macaroni" movie night. (She decided she didn't want pizza. :confused3) So I'll have 8 4 & 5-year olds running around for three hours Saturday night. (Oh - Lucy - don't worry, I have cheese.)

At least a friend is hosting the DD2 going away play group, so that I can actually pack out without worrying that I packed the wrong toys too soon!!!! :scared1:

I'd LOOOOOVE  to join you for dinner. You going to spring for the $5000 RT plane ticket so I can come home for some good ol' American home cookin'???

Although, even if you said yes, I'd have to decline. Somehow someone thought it would be a good idea to put me in charge again. My boss left for 10 days on tonight's flight. So, if anything goes wrong in our bilateral relationship with Burkina Faso in the next week and a half - it'll be my fault...:faint:

Lucy's dinners are NOT worth the $5,000 RT airfare....heck, they aren't worth $1.99. Still alone....started calling around for the son....haven't found him yet, but he DID mention something to me in school about playing baseball....but it is pouring rain right now. About 8:00 I'll go into a panic mode. His cell phone is at home, his backpack is at home, and his wallet. AND my garage door was OPEN when I got home....grrrrrrr:mad::mad::mad:

Sleepovers....they've only just begun....my 17 yr. old STILL loves sleepover with a group of guys....Bob and I can't stand them...we love our routine in the morning, and having a bunch of boys, crashing in our family room, is NOT a routine we enjoy.

I guess, since I'm alone, it is up to me to load the dishwasher:confused3:lmao::lmao::lmao:

I can't believe how busy these boards have been the last few days. Didn't really get online much last week with all the last week of school activities, I am so glad that school is out!! I am in Hilton Head this week, the weather has been great so far. Hopefully I will get to do some shopping later this week. Hope everyone has a great week!

Simply, if you are the poster on the hundred number post, you are awarded a pirate. The next pirate is post 1200

I am seriously jealous of y'all who get to experience the last day of school. We do not technically have one. Some of our kids do stop coming when the public schools get out but we do not have a last day. Fortunately lead teachers do have the month of July off. If it weren't for that i do not think I would make it.

School for us goes until the 4th of June for the kids, the 5th of June for me, a week off, and then I start summer school for 4 weeks. So, no real break for me this summer until the cruise/WDW.

It looks like DD16 has just gotten her first job- pending criminal background check, and them knowing she is going to not be working for about 20 days of time already planned for this summer. The background check is the easy part – getting them to agree that she can have to time off will be the hard part – if we get through both of those, she will have her very first job – and starting to save for her first car -- which I have no doubt she will do. DD is a super saver!

We just finished a four day weekend – back to school for 3 days, and then finals start next week.

Oh yeah… I got a suitcase down from the attic – is officially packing time – I put some stuff in the suitcase LOL!

House is on... gotta go give him my attention....:dance3:

We are booked on the early shuttle from the Radisson.

This trip is really starting to get stressful for me. DH booked a split stay at WDW because we bought into AKV and got developer points that had to be used this year. So we are staying 3 nights at AKV and 2 nights at SSR (our niece is joining us with her 2 kids and are staying at SSR for 2 additional nights). I'm trying to figure out breakfast and place a grocery order. DH wants eggs each morning, niece said they want cereal. I don't care which it is but with the split we need to pick one or the other. Transferring food seems too challenging to me.

Also, because of the split I wasn't able to book our ADR's for the 2 nights at SSR when I called for our other ADR's. I, of course, forgot to call back until last night. :headache: The CM I got at dining was a pill, this was the 1st time I've encountered attitude from someone at dining. So I told her I needed to rethink things and hung up. Of course I called back, sat on hold for 15 minutes and got her again. :headache::headache: We had to change our table service on Wednesday to lunch since there were no dinner ressies available anymore, and Thursday morning our character breakfast is at 8:55 which is a little later than I wanted. But then I realized I needed to pack us up before we went to breakfast because we will be checking out that day. DH is going golfing so he will be no help. :headache:

I can't wait to get on the ship. :drinking1

I just called and got us on the 10:00 shuttle...which one are you on?

I believe we are on the same shuttle. Does this mean we have to trip each other to be the 1st in the door? :confused3

Don't worry, I'm not that competitive. I have to get my drinks through security - that's my priority!!

No LOL!!! But we also are doing Palo together and staying at the Radisson before the cruise, so we will be seeing a lot of each other. :)
