I wondered why it has been so quite around the house lately. You will have to ask them how their flight was in the belly of the plane . Hey an extra bag only costs $25, that is a lot cheaper than their tickets, maybe I can get a refund .

DD has a temp of 101.4 today, and pediatrician is afraid she might be getting pneuomonia! Now I am worried if she will be OK for the cruise.
She started preschool and has been nothing but sick ever since. Hope to see you all in 9 days.

Here is some pixie dust headed your way and hoping she feels better soon. Hopefully 9 days is enough time to get better. I know when my daughters started preschool we had one cold after another. Good luck!

oh no, that's terrible! I hope she will be back to normal by cruise time wow, just 9 more days...already in the single digets!

I'm with SuJo - your DD should be feeling much better (and not contagious) within 9 days. The antibiotic would be a 10-day prescription. Be sure to push fluids and plenty of rest.

Does she like to watch movies? Maybe the two of you could snuggle up and watch some Disney movies. There are several that are highlighted in shows onboard, so watching them now would enhance the cruise for her. IMHO, the top three I would suggest are: Peter Pan, Cinderella, and Lion King because they are featured heavily in more than one show. Other movies would include: Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Little Mermaid, Tarzan, Mulan, 101 Dalmations (the live-action version), Hunchback of Notre Dame, Pocahantas, Toy Story, and Pinocchio. There are probably others, but these are the ones I can remember off hand (in Disney Dreams and The Golden Mickeys).

Well, DD officially has a mild pneumonia, however, her doctor says she will be OK for the cruise. Now DH is sick too, & also on antibiotics. I am determined to not get sick myself! Despite the pneumonia, she seems quite happy and acts pretty normally. I keep telling her she has to get better to sail with Mickey! See you all in 8 days!

It's getting so close I am excited. I have a flight to LAX on Friday morning from Newark at 8:00am, can't wait and it is the longest flight I have ever taken.

Today I have been getting all of our clothes organized and ready to be packed. I think I will pack the girls clothes tomorrow. I tried to get to the cleaners today but got there 5 minutes after they closed. Will have to get there Monday.

I also finished all of our door magnets and pillowcases for autographs. My DH and I also went to Lee's Liquor store and picked up some wine, vodka & apple pucker. The vodka & apple pucker is in plastic traveler bottles. How cool is that!

My FE gifts for the adults arrived today. The ones for the kids are supposed to arrive at my office on Monday. Cant' wait to give them out to everybody.

Well, it's Saturday night and we are watching Pirates of the Carribean III. Gotta go and see the end of the movie. Talk to you all soon!

I am so excited, I can't believe our trip is just a week away! I'm sure everybody agrees that we need this vacation! Can't wait to meet everybody!

Hi Everyone....we are packing up today ...we leave for the airport at 4 am tommorow morning and will arrive at LAX around noon tomorrow. We have done our online check in with DCL. Hopefully we will remember everything! We are planning on meeting everyone on Friday at Downtown Disney. We are taking our laptop so we will keep checking the boards....Hope everyone has safe travels and hope everyone gets well!!! Can't wait to meet you guys! My girls are so exicted about Disneyland!!!

I put all the FE gifts together yesterday, I just need to make one more trip to the Disney Character Warehouse this afternoon for extra fillers. Kids are putting their clothes together today. I found dry erase boards at Walmart last night for $1, but I had purchased one already at Target for $6 Oh well, for anyone else out there looking for a dry erase board for the stateroom door, head to Walmart.

Time is really ticking away!!

In a week, we'll all be on the Magic.

Sure, sport your lime green if you have it! We're looking forward to meeting everyone there! FYI - we're cutting it a little close in order to make it on time since our flight arrives around 11am. If we're running late, it's because one of our flights was delayed along the way. I'm hoping for good flying weather on Friday!
