Um, what time is breakfast?
I think I finally have this all figured out. Whew.
Garry will be gracious enough to pick up Sharon, Kaylah and I at the airport at 11pm on the 22nd.....Sharon suggested maybe trying to find us an earlier flight, and she is WAY TOO EXCITED to get to meet so many of our friends finally!!!....
THEN....the next morning, on the 23rd.....we are hoping to have breakfast with Garry, Vicki, Jim, Sharon, and yes....you and Sam.....and Garry says it's at Grills. I have no idea where that is, or what it is in comparison to JB's.....since I've never been to any of them.
I hope I got this straight.
And by the way Garry...less luggage this time than last time!!![]()
Um, what time is breakfast?
I think they open at 7 am, but then it depends on what time Stacey can get out of bed.
We don't have nice name buttons, by the way.We all did lime green Mickey heads with our names on them, and will wear them in lanyards.
We didn't do buttons for our April '08 cruise because quite frankly most of the people on the thread were pretty apathetic it about it until the last minute. There were times when I didn't even have to go back 1 page for the weekly countdown.
I did do the web page and talked about doing the buttons in the beginning but with no one really talking I finally just said we wouldn't be doing them. If this group wants them we'll be happy to do it.
Meanwhile, breakfast time for me is important as to whether I drive up the morning or the night before. Unlike Jim, I do not get on the road at 4 am to meet friends at 7:00.
That just takes all the fun out of it. Waking Sharon up at 4:30 am to go to breakfast is like poking a lion with a stick.
You name the time and we will be there. I'm easy.
If it is late enough it will give us time to run in the morning.
Why not wake up early and run to Grills?![]()
I cant wait... it's starting to get really humid here, we've had 3 freak thunderstorms in the past 3 weaks that dumped insane amounts of water. We got stranded in one of them for a couple hours waiting for the water to go down so we could make it home.
I'm busy at work, even busier at home, going not stop 18 hours a day and still cant keep up with everything.... I'm too young to be this warn out and I this cruise just cant get here soon enough!
Sam's up for a meet - And like Jim he has no problem at getting in the car at 4:30 AM - after all, he says that lets him sleep inMe, I am like Sharon - St. Peter could not get me up that early ------
But now it is 6:30 pm - which means with luggage etc, you will be in Cocoa about 2 hours later....
hum......
Maybe I had better get a room......
Will check and find something the Hedgehog would like -- you know - tacky!!!!!
Mark and Mary - thanks for the info on Grills - I have heard much favourable news but have never been there.....
