Hi Julie!
Congratulations on your continued weight loss!
You are doing a great job!!
I know what you mean about needing some motivation to exercise. When I started FIRMing in January, this was my second time at it. I told myself that if I commited myself to 10 workouts and saw some results, I would keep doing the program. (There motto is "Results in 10 workouts or less" or something like that...
) I did see results. I felt stronger and leaner. Well, as the story goes, I am still FIRMing 5 months later and I am adding in new workouts to challenge my muscles.
If you are going to purchase the complete system, I would suggest Body Sculpting System 2. This is the one with the Sculpting Stick and the Fanny Lifter. In this set, there is a video called, Maximum Cardio Burn + Abs. In this video, you only need the fanny lifter and sculpting stick; no extra weights. It's a fun video, but it took me awhile to get some of the moves down. There is also a 30 minute video called Cardio Sculpt Blaster that you can get at Walmart for around $8. In this video, you need the fanny lifter and 3-5 pound weights. (Remember, beginners use no weight at all.) Some of the moves are challenging, but it is quick and efficient.
If you have a chance, you may want to check your local library and see if they have any FIRM videos that you can preview. When I was trying to make my decision last year as to whether to purchase the system or not, I tried going this route, but the waiting list was like a mile long.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask away. I'm not an expert, but I would be more than happy to try and answer them for you.
Have a great day Julie! Remember, Onederland is just around the corner!!

Keep up the good work!
Some of these are pretty tough. But I want to get muscles too, not just lose weight- and I know this is what it will take. So I am going to add goal of getting the exercise clippies also. 5 days a week of firm/treadmill is my exercise goal.
You never know... maybe the scale will put you in Onederland on your birthday.
Even if it doesn't, you should feel very proud of yourself for all that you have accomplished. ::yes:

Take care!
